Perfect location
Pros:

Location is amazing. Train station in walking distance, shopping mall in walking distance.

Cons:

Housekeeping came to clean our room anywhere between 4pm - 7pm, after being out all day exploring, we would return around 4-5pm, be resting before heading out for dinner, and then housekeeping would come through to change bedding. The 2 bedroom apartment is not very big so with 4 people staying in there, there is no one for the guests to be without being in the way while 2 housekeepers are rushing around the room. This wasn’t ideal having housekeeping barging in this late in the day. Would suggest having more housekeeping staff or a better system considering it seemed like a very busy accommodation.

Location and price made it a good choice for what we needed
Pros:

Location was perfect for us to visit family and room was clean

Cons:

The 2 bed apartment was on the smaller side and quite tight for the 4 of us, luckily we were out most of the day so we’re really just there to sleep.

As always the staff at the Buckingham were very pleasant and helpful.
Pros:

The room was a little cramped for two of us however it was updated and clean.

Cons:

The state of the gardens and appearance of the outside areas needed to be spruced up.
