Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר לא עשירה במיוחד, ובהחלט שאפשר לגוון ולשפר אותה.

Cons:

in the last day, sunday , after we did check out, we waited in the hotel loby for out taxi to ariive for more than 45 minutes and we did not
understand why he is not arriving , then we decided to go out and check what is happening around, we were suprised to find out that there is a marathon is being held and the streets near the hotel were blocked for cars, so we started to walk away from the hotel for more than one kilometer in a rainy day untill we find a steet that is available for cars and then we contact again taxi driver to come.
we were late for the airport for one hour and we almost miss out plane.
we still can not understand why when we did check out in the hotel receiption, they did not tell us that there is a marathon being held and all the streets are blocked and there is no way that a taxi can arrive to the hotel, they saw that we come with packages and it was obvious that we are leaving the hotel to the airport.
please make the receiption workes more alert for this situatuions!

Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs!
Pros:

Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer. De kamer was mooi en heel ruim met twee badkamers inclusief twee toiletten, en twee ruimtes met elk een tweepersoonsbed en tv. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en zeer lekker!

Cons:

We vonden het een beetje jammer dat één van de twee tweepersoonsbedden een sofabed was. Het sliep wel prima, maar voor zo'n grote en luxueuze kamer hadden wel 2 volwaardige tweepersoonsbedden gemogen.

Lots of niggles - not worth the money.
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel as it was listed as a partner hotel for an event my husband was attending. First impressions were quite good, the reception area was nice and the door staff helpful..sadly it was down hill from there. Whilst I appreciate the hotel was busy due to the conference it doesn't excuse poor food hygiene or rooms that have numerous issues or poor service.

The first problem we encountered was with the bath / shower the water didn't drain properly. This seems like it might be an ongoing issue given the state of broken tiles in the bathroom. The room was also incredibly hot, and despite asking for help adjusting the temperature, it remained uncomfortably warm. So much so, we resorted to sleeping with the window open (not ideal with a very busy road outside)
The sound-proofing in the room was an issue and we could hear everything in the room next door.
The service room button was seemingly broken and we had to ask for our room to be serviced on multiple occasions. Also quite strange, that cleaning products or dirty cloths were repeatedly left in our room.
The hotel is undergoing some building works and sadly our room was right next to a window or door that just had polythene covering it, so quite unsightly and meant that there was a lot of banging and noise during the day.

Breakfast was shambolic, I get the hotel was busy but trying to get a table was a nightmare and there were just people everywhere. Was not relaxing at all. The food quality was quite poor and I noticed moldy bread and eggs being put out. The omelette cooked to order were also very under-cooked.

One afternoon I decided to have a drink and something small to eat in the bar. Coffee came quickly but waited over 35 minutes for 3 bao buns..which given they tske a few seconds in a microwave was ridiculous. Was never asked if I wanted another drink whilst waiting.

Location is good, and I'm sure maybe when less busy its probably an okay hotel. But definitely wouldn't stay here again. Felt very overpriced for the state of rooms and quality of food.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, magnifique décoration. Chambre plus que confortable. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable.

Cons:

Chauffage un peu élevé dans les chambres.
Nous aurions apprécié un espace commun pour se poser, avec de beaux ouvrages, une belle vue. Le lobby est un très bel endroit mais trop de passage pour cela.
