I did find this hotel a little disappointing for the money. The location is good and door staff very helpful and welcoming. Check in was slow . There is not a proper restaurant for dinner and the menu that is available in the bar is very limited.
The service was pretty atrocious. Over 50 dollars was fraudulently but unapologetically added in charges. Housekeeping made noise in the halls, socializing. I was given a late checkout, but still a number of staff came knocking, hours in advance: "Are you leaving?" Each time, the 'do not disturb' button had been on.
My comment is regarding the reservation process with Mia Blanchard with the hotel. I needed to extend a reservation for a client staying in Paris on a river cruise. Mia has been a wonderful gift! She linked the reservations and helped with early morning transfers to CDG. Thank you! I am confident that my guests will be pampered.
I managed resort hotels for my entire life and her customer service has been exemplary of a team member who deserves recognition. I need to share her genuine sense of hospitality. It is people like Mia that have a passion for this industry and senior management needs to be aware of your message. Mia made her entire company look FABULOUS!!

ארוחת הבוקר לא עשירה במיוחד, ובהחלט שאפשר לגוון ולשפר אותה.
in the last day, sunday , after we did check out, we waited in the hotel loby for out taxi to ariive for more than 45 minutes and we did not
understand why he is not arriving , then we decided to go out and check what is happening around, we were suprised to find out that there is a marathon is being held and the streets near the hotel were blocked for cars, so we started to walk away from the hotel for more than one kilometer in a rainy day untill we find a steet that is available for cars and then we contact again taxi driver to come.
we were late for the airport for one hour and we almost miss out plane.
we still can not understand why when we did check out in the hotel receiption, they did not tell us that there is a marathon being held and all the streets are blocked and there is no way that a taxi can arrive to the hotel, they saw that we come with packages and it was obvious that we are leaving the hotel to the airport.
please make the receiption workes more alert for this situatuions!

Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer. De kamer was mooi en heel ruim met twee badkamers inclusief twee toiletten, en twee ruimtes met elk een tweepersoonsbed en tv. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en zeer lekker!
We vonden het een beetje jammer dat één van de twee tweepersoonsbedden een sofabed was. Het sliep wel prima, maar voor zo'n grote en luxueuze kamer hadden wel 2 volwaardige tweepersoonsbedden gemogen.
