This hotel was a welcome retreat at the end of our France trip.
Pros:

It was a very comfortable stay. Great pillows and linens and sheets. Very quiet. The restaurant was great! The staff was very accommodating, especially the connoisseur.

Cons:

The price seemed awfully high, but it is Paris

Een koele locatie in een prachtig deel van Parijs tijdens een hele warme periode.
Pros:

De wijze waarop de staff omging met mijn tussentijdse evaluatie. Desgevraagd heb ik laten weten niet onder de indruk te zijn van dit 5 sterrenhotel. Ik kreeg direct een reactie en op de dag van vertrek, wist de receptioniste van mijn evaluatie en belde op eigen initiatief Giulia, Duty Manager. De receptioniste wilde niet dat ik vertrok zonder iemand van het management gesproken te hebben. Klasse! Giulia nam rustig de tijd om de aantekeningen door te nemen die ik had gemaakt tijdens mijn verblijf. Het was een meer dan plezierig gesprek. Bovendien werd ik stap voor stap op de hoogte gehouden over de voortgang. Dat ik een refund ontving is een mooi gebaar, maar veel belangrijker is dat er intern actie wordt ondernomen om de dienstverlening te verbeteren. Chapeaux voor deze twee dames!

Great location to sights and Metro. Staff was kind and helpful.

Great location. Wonderful included breakfast. Kind greetings from the staff.

Cons:

Outside of our room was an entrance to possibly a health club. It would get quite loud at times. Also the air conditioning was very hard to set at a comfortable temperature.

Pros:

Les réceptionnistes et bagagistes sont extra. Serviables et à l'écoute, on sent que leur sens du traitement client est strictement pris au sérieux.
Je recommande le Collectionneur pour toutes personnes attachées au sens du respect mutuel et réponse exigeantes, parfois plus que l'on ne penses, aux attentes personnelles.
