Dear Guest Relations Team,

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. As a returning guest who has enjoyed staying with you in previous years, I always look forward to my visits.

While most aspects of my stay were excellent as usual, I encountered a significant issue with my room on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the restaurant located on the 6th floor was extremely noisy, which made it very difficult for me to sleep.

In the past, I was usually accommodated on the 1st floor, which was perfect and very quiet. For my future visits, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ensure that I am not assigned a room on the 5th floor, or perhaps prioritize a room on the 1st floor again to guarantee a peaceful stay.
