Friendly staff. Hard to beat anywhere.
Pros:

The staff was top notch, very friendly, kind, and helpful.

Cons:

Bathtub was a bit stained and overall the bathroom needed updating. It was serviceable though.

Exceptional service and great location.
Pros:

We had such a memorable one-night stay here with our family. One of the sweetest surprises was the check-in gift: each guest received a cookie and a toy race car. We also really appreciated the light breakfast that was offered. It was unexpected but very much welcomed, and it made our morning easy and relaxed before heading out. Overall, this place stands out for its personality and outstanding service. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for something a little different and delightful.

Cons:

While everything was very clean and functional, the bathroom could use a little remodeling.

Un hôtel parfait pour une étape sur la highway 1, chambre calme, confortable, propre, spacieuse et bien équipée (frigo, micro-onde, cafetière). Les croissants, toasts et fruits pour le petit déjeuner sont très appréciables.

Amazing stay, good location with hospitable staff
Pros:

The staff were very nice, made us feel very welcome. The room was clean. We liked the personal touch of cookies and toy cars. Would stay again.

Cons:

Just nitpicking but the bed frame was just a bit squeaky. No problem sleeping though. Very comfortable sheet.

Wonderful, clean, friendly service and perfectly located.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. And plenty of Restaurants nearby and a mini mart for snacks. Also the cookies they give as a little favor to their guests were delicious. They were so accommodating and the pool was excellent and perfect temperature. The two hosts were so very kind and friendly. I’ve already recommended the Inn to some family members. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience.

Excellent value, very friendly staff!
Pros:

Super friendly staff (they give cookies and toy care!) and overall excellent value. Beds are comfortable, bedrooms could use a makeover, especially the bathroom, but beds and sheets are comfortable and rooms are big enough. Close to the beach and Hearst Castle.

Cons:

Bathrooms are old, floors seem old too. the breakfast is minimalist (no juice), but it does the job to start the day.

Amazing value for money!
Pros:

It was great value for money - quiet and clean rooms that had everything one needs, kind staff and the delicious coffee in the morning was a nice surprise!

Cons:

The hotel is older but well-maintained, can’t think of anything.
