Pros:

There was nothing we liked about the hotel the staff were extremely rude including the manager named randy

Cons:

Staff were extremely rude including the manager faculty smelled like cat urine tubs and shower and bed extremely dirty looked like they never cleaned or washed the elevator felt like it was scraping the wall going up or down we took the stairs

Wish it could have been better.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and easy check in/out process.

Cons:

We booked a 2 queen bed room and was supplied 3 bath towels for the room. We needed the 4th. The amenities within the room were empty and non existent. One bar of soap for washing hands, no lotion and the supplied stationary bath soap, shampoo, conditioner were all empty. Typically I pack all my own so wouldn’t have been a big deal but this trip left in a hurry and forgot our items. The pool had to be closed because a child had a bowel movement in it. We booked the hotel to utilize the pool, bummed it wasn’t able to be utilized.

Location was great

Cons:

Furniture in the room was broken upon arrival, the room was very clearly not cleaned and/or poorly cleaned, especially the bathroom area. Other guests were up late and noisy in the hall. I understand guests will do their own thing, but it is the hotel’s responsibility to enforce quiet hours.

Pros:

Staff was very kind and offered us a replacement room after the first one was dirty. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

First room was very dirty with food and dirty clothes that werent ours. There were numerous stains on the bed as well. Second room they offered us was better but still dirty. There were boogers on the lamp shade.

The location to the event we were attending was great.

Cons:

The beds were super uncomfortable and the TV was not functional. We walked into our room with a man in it "fixing" our TV before we checked in. When we were ready to unwind, we were stuck with only watching The Weather Channel in about 1/4 of the TV screen size. The front desk girl tried to fix it too. We were not offered another TV for our stay.

Bathroom tub pealing. Warm, but no hot water. Old room with dirty appearance on carpet and sofa. Noisy ac unit.

Pros:

I liked the size of the room and the extremely comfortable bed.

Cons:

The room had a weird smell to it and the two air conditioners weren't strong enough to cool the entire room down - the lowest they went was 66 and we were still sweating all night.
