Going downhill
Pros:

We've stayed here several times doing Park and Fly. Always had a good experience. This time everything was fine except....the knob that turns the shower on we discovered in the morning, was stuck and we both had to beat on it at 6 am so we could take showers. Then when I finally got in the shower, the container of shower soap was empty so we both had to use shampoo for soap. Really they can do better than this and there are about 20 other hotels here so looks like next time we'll be staying elsewhere

Pros:

This hotel has been our go to place to stay when flying out of Indy, our latest stay has called that into question
There was no soap in the dispenser which while not terrible it speaks to poor housekeeping, the other was more problematic, the shower would not work and by the looks of things it had not worked for a long time.

Cons:

Sink in bathroom drained slowly. Toilet seat had broken stabilizers underneath the seat to the rim. Pretty obvious it should be replaced.

Cons:

The pool was broke the ice machine was broke and our tv remote didn’t work, no one ever answered the phone at front desk and when I went to ask about a new remote or batteries. They didn’t have any spares.
