Jack is the super star
Pros:

First, I would like to extend my warmest gratitude to Jack, who truly went beyond expectations. It is rare to remember a staff member without having met them in person, but his care, attention, and follow-up made him the superstar of the hotel.

I would also like to recognize Mounia and Raisa, two wonderful ladies at reception. They were incredibly welcoming, and I loved the positive atmosphere and warm vibes they created throughout our stay.

A special thanks to Resham from Room Service, who delivered the cake to my room with a smile and even arranged the candles I requested at the very last minute!

Finally, Mr. Ravi deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism. Despite our late arrival for breakfast, he warmly accommodated us and ensured everything was perfect.

The staff were excellent, and their genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.

if you have to stay in bahrain on a layover head to this hotel the pool setting alone is worth it
Pros:

pool was on an extremely high level- the design the ambiance the setting next to a mangrove lake

للأسف حصل لي موقف سيء في الفندق تم اعطاء ضيف غير مرغوب فيه بطاقة لدخول الغرفة بدون الاتصال علي او الرجوع لي وفوق كذا لما طلعت الضيف من عندي راح واخذ طلبات من البار ب 220 ريال على حساب الغرفة وتم حسابها علي ودفعوني المبلغ
