Pros:

Everything was good.

Cons:

The toilets could be a bit cleaner around the rim. The elevator was being repaired upon arrival. Very inconvenient.

Very nice facility, quiet area. Good breakfast options. Comfortable, very clean room.

Cons:

Minor maintenance problems in the room. Loose towel hook in the bathroom that towel would fall off if used. The other hook was fine. Wood block was holing up the air conditioner unit. Not significant.

Front office person was quite unpleasant Tv would not work. He had to come to the room twice to adjust it. Stormed out of the room like he was angry at me. Very disturbing behavior

Se veía bien de exterior y el lobby y decoración

Cons:

Una experiencia verdaderamente inaceptable. Aunque el hotel tiene una buena apariencia y está bien decorado a primera vista, todo eso pierde valor cuando te encuentras con una falta de higiene alarmante.
Al entrar a la habitación, nos encontramos con que la ropa de cama tenía manchas de sangre y otros fluidos corporales, algo totalmente asqueroso 🤢 e imperdonable. Para empeorar la situación, tardaron 3 horas en traernos ropa limpia. Al parecer, no cuentan con juegos de repuesto suficientes, por lo que decidieron lavar y secar las mismas prendas para volver a entregarlas mientras esperábamos.
La limpieza es lo más básico y fundamental que debe ofrecer un hotel, y en este caso fallaron de forma estrepitosa. No lo recomiendo en absoluto; una situación así es sencillamente imperdonable.

Skip this Hampton Inn
Pros:

This Hampton Inn is over due refurbishing a couple years. Do not recommend there are other Hilton properties. AC not working correctly. Bath grout is dirty. Tile edging is damaged. Tub/shower water valve not working well. I paid 152000 Hilton points for 2 rooms for 2 nights. The room I received is not worth 10,000 a night. Staff very nice. They can’t fix worn out. Disappointed. I was in town for a wedding.

Pros:

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

I had to wait until 6pm to get into my room. The tub walls had shaving clippings and hair all over. The room looked worn.
The breakfast was not for me. There was no milk. It was all inedible for me.

I won’t be back.
Pros:

The breakfast was alright. Location was great.

Cons:

The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. The smoke alarm was uninstalled and hanging from the ceiling. Overall the hotel rooms need updating. Staff was great in person, but rude over the phone.

Pros:

No racket, ducked off good location. Very peaceful. Great breakfast and the staff go out their way to make sure you’re having the best time you can. I’ll definitely be back.

Cons:

I liked everything. They had a working pool but it’s too cold to swim right now, I’ll save that for the summer.
