TV had 2 controls and no directions on how to operate. Housekeeping was only every other day.

The location was great. The breakfast was free, but average at best. I guess you can't expect much for free.
The property appears to in need of serious cleaning and maintenance. The chair in the first room we were given was filthy, tone of the queen beds appeared to be collapsing on the left side. The carpet was stained and the bathroom needed new caulking, not another bad patch job.
the next room was somewhat better, but the small sofa and chair were stained, carpet was stained, same problem with the bathroom caulking as well as a hole in the wall. The pillows could have been found in a mobile home rental. The pillow issue has been on going. Most Hilton properties I've stayed over the past several years have terrible pillows. They are generally flat, lacking firmness and loft. It's apparent that they were acquired from the low bidder. The pillow issue has been the same at the Southlake, TX Hilton Hotel over the past 3-4 years.
Issues which are not limited to Hilton properties are only one luggage rack when the room is obviously intended for more than one guest. The same with chairs, one comfortable chair in a two person room.
I’m paying a lot for a room, and it’s absolutely impossible to sleep because of the noise.

And if you walk around the room in white socks for just two minutes, they turn black! The floor is filthy!!! It hasn’t been cleaned with water and cleaning products.
It was nearby to the locations and events that I had to attend.
The room was much smaller than indicated in the photos. The AC unit had issues. The cleaning staff did not take my trash I left outside of the door. My shower did not drain. The family above me was very loud and stomping on the floors all hours of the night. I asked for more towels and pillows and never received them.

I was very disappointed with my experience. The shower amenities were not properly stocked, as there was no soap provided. Additionally, the restroom sliding doors were damaged and extremely difficult to open and close, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable.
Upon leaving, we were met by approximately four dogs lounging directly in front of the entrance. We had to maneuver around them just to exit the building. When we brought this to the attention of staff, we were told this was “normal.” I have never experienced a hotel where guests are expected to navigate around dogs at the front door.
Overall, this experience did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or guest safety.

Staff was amazing! Eric was great and the women from housekeeping were very helpful and kind. The bed was very comfortable.
One elevator was broken and the other was scary. I couldn't get hot water in the sink unless I ran hot water in the tub. A bit dated and some things need to be replaced.
Everything was good.
The toilets could be a bit cleaner around the rim. The elevator was being repaired upon arrival. Very inconvenient.

Para empeorar la situación, tardaron 3 horas en traernos ropa limpia. Al parecer, no cuentan con juegos de repuesto suficientes, por lo que decidieron lavar y secar las mismas prendas para volver a entregarlas mientras esperábamos.
La limpieza es lo más básico y fundamental que debe ofrecer un hotel, y en este caso fallaron de forma estrepitosa. No lo recomiendo en absoluto; una situación así es sencillamente imperdonable.
