It was overall a good stay.
Did not like the glass blocks on end of the shower that you could see who was showering from the main room. The blocks lit up the entire room if the bathroom light was turned on in the middle of the night when others were sleeping.
I was there for four days and the breakfast was the same. They never changed the breakfast same thing every day.

This was the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in. There was one employee named Tori who was very unprofessional. I had no problem with the other people I talked to. I was told by another tenant that she already had people yelling at her that morning. She proceeded to kick us out after she had already charged my card for that day, I was on my way back to redo everything because she said she could not do it even though they had my card on file from the day before. The room and hallways have a smokey smell, my microwave was dirty, window would not shut without slamming it, mirrored closet door was broken and stopper was just laying in tub. They offered me another room however it had no tub and smelt worse. They did come up and fix the stuff, did not clean out microwave, just slam the window shut, and screwed the stopper back into the tub, fixed the closet door. I asked why housekeeping didn't report this stuff and was told they just come in and out with the AirPods. You could hear the traffic with the window being opened. Make sure they explain their policy if you are using points. I used points and charge card and was not told of policy to having to re-register for my net day. Also had shower problems later that evening, was told guy just left but he would call him and it could take an hour before he got back, I waited an hour and half and went back to the front desk, he made a call and said he needed to follow me back up to my room, while getting on elevator ran into the guy who fixed the stuff the 1st time, He came in and said to just to pull down hard. Keep in mind we had to put up a $150 deposit for incidentals- this had been mentioned a couple of times, we didn't want to be charged for things that were broken. I asked to talk to the manager a couple of times and was told they were on vacation. Even though you use points there will be a 1 cent charge made to your card-was told somebody had to cover the cost. Tori kept saying the manager and then she started saying she decided to kick us out, so I don't know who decided it.
