Boa opção levando em conta a localização, mas, pense na questão do estacionamento.
Pros:

Mudei minha reserva para quarto vista do mar na hora do check-in, achei que valeu muito a pena, a vista realmente é linda.
Localização excepcional e café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, realmente é uma preocupação desagradável que o hóspede vai ter que administrar.
Na chegada achei um cheiro um pouco desagradável no quarto, depois que passei a usar o problema sumiu, acho que é a questão de estar algum tempo fechado.
