A very well run hotel with a fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Cordial welcome, helpful bike storage, fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Super location for Toledo sights.

Cons:

Minor issues- housekeeping not replenishing day 1 usage, gazebo plug leaking and reception staff unable to get password for guest PC.

Situación buena, música en zona cueva de la recepción!!! Y algo más???

Faltaba el visto bueno de la encargada /gobernanta. La limpieza no era mala pero encontrar pelos ajenos junto a la ducha y bañera no es lo más adecuado, la iluminación escasa y no pensada, la zona cafetera totalmente a oscuras y en el baño no hay luz suficiente . Junto a la puerta de nuestra habitación se aparca el carro de limpieza durante todo el día… no es agradable

Cons:

El carro de limpieza a la puerta de la habitación (es de las más caras del hotel) y estaba todo el día, ruido constante por ello, cogen y dejan, arrastran….
Estuvimos dos noches y no limpiaron papeleras. (Cobran igual cada noche!, pues como si fuéramos nuevos huéspedes cada noche!) el termostatico de grifo ducha no funciona y el desagüe traga. Súper lento

Bien ubicado y acceso en coche a "precios toledanos".
Pros:

Ubicado dentro del casco histórico cerca del Monasterio de San Juan de los Reyes. El aparcamiento del hotel está enfrente del mismo con un acceso aceptable y plazas fáciles de ocupar. Al lado del Museo de El Greco y con rutas fáciles para ver todo el centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

El precio es caro, pero como todos los hoteles ubicados dentro del casco histórico de Toledo porque lo tienen todo vendido. El aparcamiento está frente al hotel pero a 27 € el día de coche.
