this was the most beautiful, comfortable hotel with the kindest staff in Europe that I experienced!
Pros:

I loved the special architecture of the hotel and the room. It felt like we experienced medieval days in a castle. I loved the decor of the rooms and the huge marble bathroom and the high ceilings with wooden beams. I loved the extra touches of two coffee machines, access to many TV channels and the wine as well as the lovely bathroom amenities for travelers. I loved the decor of the hotel with its many cozy sitting areas and beautiful artwork. I loved the Italian restaurant. I loved the very kind staff in the hotel reception who went out of their way to help in making phone calls for us.

Cons:

I'm sad I could not stay longer. I would loved to have stayed for many days. Tea bags would be helpful to include in the rooms.

Hôtel de charme
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville de Tolède. Il dispose de places de parking dans le parc souterrain immédiatement en face de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel a du charme, il est calme et le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner.
