La ubicación es excepcional.Comodidad con parking y desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad. El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. Sobre todo cabe descartar el personal del hotel que es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo lo que necesites. Se nos olvidó algo muy importante a nivel sentimental y ha hecho todo lo posible para recuperarlo y enviárnoslo. Sin duda lo recomiendo para visitar Toledo.

Very interesting place to stay - very handy to restaurants and cafes
Pros:

The location was great - easy walking into the old town and a lovely plaza to have a drink and watch the world go by. Parking was available and very close - you had to unload your bags and then go straight to the parking station as parking is not normally allowed in that part of town. No lift, so we had to carry the bags up to our room - our fault for taking so much stuff lol The host was amazing - he showed us other apartments, his dining room, the statutes, the amazing carvings - there was so much to take in and he really had a passion for his heritage.

Excellent hotel to experience in Medieval town
Pros:

The hotel was very modern stylish at original building in Toledo,give me very relaxed feeling, also I didn’t use, but provided drink water and lemon water in the little lobby, was very thoughtful manner. Elevator was very modern too, so as room, very clean, stylish, provided little fridge and kettle were the pluse. Love the olive oil for gift to take, we can use in the rest of the trip. The hotel also can reach by taxi at the door. Attractions were just by foot.

Very comfortable in good location with helpful staff
Pros:

Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Huge bed, very comfortable, tea and coffee maker in the room was much appreciated as was the complimentary bottle of wine. Great location for easy walk into centre of Toledo or down to river.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive but cafe in the square opposite was good value.
