Exquisite accommodation and 5-star service
Pros:

Absolutely outstanding hotel and the best I’ve experienced so far in my tour of Spain. The reception staff were amazing and gave me a free upgrade to a Deluxe Double room which was fantastic with complimentary bottles of wine and olive oil. Parking couldn’t be easier with dedicated parking in the secure, private underground parking garage immediately opposite. I didn’t use the spa but the breakfast was amazing although a little pricey at €19. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

As someone else noted, they allow pets and I didn’t think this hotel was the appropriate environment for big dogs. Minor issue though.

Pros:

Nos gustó todo. El hotel es precioso, tranquilo y muy bien situado. El chico de recepción, que nos atendió, una maravilla. Tuvimos un desajuste con la habitación, culpa nuestra, porque no les dije que mi marido tiene una discapacidad y no puede acceder a la bañera, necesita ducha. Y en pocos minutos nos instaló en una de mucha más categoría, sin problema. Un chico encantador. Vamos, que repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

Por poner una pega y según mi opinión, lo que no me gustó es que admitan mascotas. Pero es mi opinión.

Pros:

It was close to a few historical sites and viewpoints of the city and surrounding valleys. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We didn't use the spa facilities, which are expensive. Perhaps it says a lot that we really don't remember much about the hotel 3 weeks later.
