Me gusto el servicio dado por el camarero del servicio de cenas por la noche.

Cons:

La llegada, el desayuno y sobre todo la gestión administrativa de mi reserva.
Reserve una habitación con dos camas, se equivocaron, se nos dio la habitación de otros ( con gama superior), mientras cenábamos vinieron a explicarnos esto, luego tuvimos que ir a por nuestras cosas y llevarlas a otra habitación. Esa misma noche me hicieron la "imprenta bancaria", resultado ya han pasado 6 días y sigo con la habitación cobrada dos veces y como sola respuesta que tengo que esperar, que para ellos la situación esta normal y que supuestamente se ha desbloqueado automáticamente el primer cobro. El desayuno bastante pobre.
Viajo a menudo y suelo alojarme en hoteles, nunca me había pasado algo así.

Hotel propre mais service très mauvais pour moi.

Cons:

Réfrigérateur ne refroidit pas bien dans la chambre. La clime impossible de baisser la température, il faisait très chaud et si j’ouvre la fenêtre, les moustiques tigres vont rentrer.
Pour une chambre supérieur non fumeur, ils m’ont pris une caution de 250€. C’est inadmissible pour moi. Ce n’est pas un appart hotel pour demander une caution. Je ne reviendrai jamais. Juste pour la caution.
