I have stayed here several times and absolutely love it. The cute. clean and quiet bungalows are AMAZING. Being right across from the beach is perfect. From the moment you check in until you checkout they are sending tests to insure your satisfaction. I lived in IB for over 10 years and always stay here when in San Diego. Just a peaceful and relaxing place.

i liked that it was close to the beach and that it had a nice aesthetic that’s what drew me in, but the pricing for the issues we encountered ended up shortening our stay and we had to leave and go to another hotel room.
the AC did not work at all, it did not keep the room cool not even close. we resorted to opening the windows which let in the smell of the beach. the combination of the heat and smell made staying in the room really unbearable. i was very nauseous and knew i would not be able to sleep there, or do my makeup the flooring was extremely dirty and the TV would not let me watch anything even when connecting to our own streaming services. we contacted management about possibly being able to recieve the pin number and they did not follow through with providing it. so we were sweating, not able to watch tv and our feet kept getting dirty and the so nauseated that we ended up having to book a last minute room down the street at the hamptons. we were so thankful they took us in, because we would have left and went home if it wasn’t for them. we did not even spend one night at los bungalows. i still have not been updated on my refund for my $500 room.
The location was amazing , online check-in and door entry, kitchenette, and nicely remodeled.
It needed a towel rack. bath mat and garage can in the room. Loved we could cook but the only trash can was a waste basket in the bathroom. Also, out room opened to another overflowing trash can outside the door (3 days).

Excellent location
Check-in was a little awkward
The location was perfect! There are several restaurants within walking distance, places to get coffee and tea. In addition, the beach is across the street, and I had an ocean view.

Poor communication prior to arrival regarding check-in. Email messages had gone to spam - better to use booking com messaging. Also, tel no provided on booking.com did not work.
