Die Lage, toller Parkplatz und gute Anbindung an die Stadt. Gute Lokale in der Nähe. Gutes Frühstück

Nichts dramatisches. Kleinere Schäden (Bad flutet leicht, daher Holz an Türrahmen etwas aufgequollen), kleinere Defekte, die wir nicht rückgemeldet haben (kaputtes Licht, klemmende Klospülung, Klimaanlage).
