Všetko super, vírivka s parádnym výhľadom na Duomo, lokalita bola perfektná, dalo sa dostať všade pešo. Raňajky boli chutné a personál veľmi milý aj k našim deťom. Ocenili sme pri recepcii dobrú kávu, ktorú sme si mohli prísť dať kedykolvek počas dňa.

Great breakfast and very nice staff. The family suite on top floor worked for family with 3 kids. It is all in the same room but it’s ok for a few nights.

It’s close proximity to the city centre. It is 15mins away on foot from all the historic places to visit. We came by car and it was very convenient to be near the centre yet not inside it which facilities the driving and the parking. The hotel room was very spacious. I loved the shower as the water pressure was very strong :). The breakfast although small it was good and varied with really tasty sweet pies.

El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, cosa que uno agradece en Europa porque no siempre es una prioridad para los hoteles. El staff muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y el hotel bien ubicado.

Wonderful stay!
We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We had 3 rooms, and one of the rooms had an open shower. I wasn’t aware of this when booking, however, the staff went out of their way to help find a solution. They provided a sheet and a Japanese-style divider to help close off the shower area and give us some privacy. We really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate us.
Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices and a great selection of both hot and cold food. There was something for everyone and more than enough variety each morning.
There was also a supermarket just around the corner, which was extremely convenient. The hotel had a lovely courtyard, and on the nights when we were too tired to go out after a long day of sightseeing, we could simply pick up some food from the supermarket and sit together in the courtyard. It was such a nice and relaxing option.
Overall, we had a great experience. The wonderful staff really stood out and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again!

The room was spacious enough to accommodate a family with two teenagers; it had a large double bed and two separate comfortable beds for the children.
Breakfast was quite plentiful with a good selection. Excellent service. They were very helpful with parking, which ended up costing us nothing.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I loved this hotel. Clean and a little out of the city centre which was perfect for us, however still walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes at our doorstep.
