Pros:

Тихо място за отмора след разходките.Закуска богата и разнообразна,напитки в стаята,зареждане с кафе всекидневно.Почистване на стаята ежедневно,чисто,любезен персонал.Местоположението е отлично-близо до историческия център.Горещо препоръчвам!

Nice people, noisy infrastructure
Pros:

Friendly staff.

Cons:

Paper walls spread the noise from pipes, sewage, corridors, and other guests.
Since we stayed 5 days, we really missed sleep in silence.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Location is awesome!
Pros:

Room was great! We had a two bedroom room on a top floor with a large terrace - view of the Duomo from the terrace! Rooms were clean and modern.

Cons:

There was very little privacy in the bathroom. It was in the middle between the two bedrooms and open to both.

Pros:

Wonderful! Everything was super ! Clean, beautiful, nicely furnished, with a balcony, coffee in the room, fridge, and very friendly staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious!

Ein tolles Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ein super Lage!
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit entfernt vom Flughafen, viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Klein und familiär mit sehr nettem Personal.

Cons:

Schlechte WLAN Verbindung, in unserem Zimmer befand sich das Waschbecken im Zimmer, es wäre besser gewesen, wenn es im Badezimmer integriert gewesen wäre, um die anderen Personen im Raum nicht aufzuwecken. Beleuchtung am Waschbecken beziehungsweise Spiegel hat gefehlt, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, was die Wände betraf.

O café da manhã era farto e bem sortido com ótimas opções. Quarto espaçoso com camas confortáveis. Equipe simpática e uma das senhoras do café da manhã era extremamente gentil e cordial.

Cons:

O hotel está em uma boa zona, mas exige no mínimo 30 minutos de caminhada até os principais pontos turísticos da cidade.
O fato da pia do banheiro ficar praticamente dentro do quarto compromete a privacidade se estiver dividindo o quarto com outra pessoa. Banheiro com espaço reduzido.
Estávamos em 5 irmãos, dividos em 2 quartos, e nos deram 2 cartões de acesso por quarto. Porém, quando meu irmão voltou mais cedo para o hotel (sem o cartão de acesso), a moça da recepção se recusou a dar um novo cartão para ele, impedindo que ele entrasse no quarto no final do dia, até que tivemos que voltar para encontrá-lo e "abrir" o quarto para ele.

Nice small hotel cca 15 min from the city centre.
Pros:

Nice and calm hotel, cca 15 min walk from the city centre. Clean, good, great breakfast and very nice staff at the reception. There is a possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel. The apartment was quite clean. There is a good supermarket (COOP) and few bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom is divided in two rooms (shower and WC in a separate room and the sink in a main room), which is not so comfortable if the rest of the family is sleeping.
