Erg vriendelijke hotel medewerkers, fantastisch ontbijt

Cons:

De matrassen waren helaas niet heel comfortabel (voor ons in ieder geval te hard en met kuilen). De nachten waren dus minder herstellend.

We received way more than we expected: the price was great; quality, rooms, and breakfast greater!
Pros:

First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They helped us with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with children (6 years old) and seniors (over 65).

We booked two rooms, both of which were large, clean, and very comfortable. In one room, we were four people (two adults and two children), and there was plenty of space for the beds, a sofa, and enough room to move around freely. We also had a balcony, which was a nice bonus.

The second room was more like a spacious mini-apartment, with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, large bathroom, and a dining table.

We enjoyed complimentary coffee, snacks, and drinks, and the rooms were consistently well cleaned. We also had access to the Disney Channel and other thoughtful amenities. At night I had to work (online, smartworking) and I was in the hall from 1am to 5am, and I had complimentary coffee and drinks.

Breakfast was incredibly generous, high quality, and served with great kindness. Reading my own review, I understand it may sound hard to believe, but this was truly the best hotel experience my family and I had during our two-week trip across Italy. Hotel Orcagna is living proof that the number of stars does not matter when it comes to making guests feel welcome and cared for.

Cons:

I may find the elevator a bit small, especially if you have large luggage. But this is only because I am asked to mention what I did not like. In fact, elevator or not, my family and I will go back next year. It was great.

Ottimo soggiorno, a 15 min circa a piedi dal centro, con possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto ad un parcheggio a fianco a 15€ al giorno, fuori dalla ZTL. Zona tranquilla, poco trafficata.
Pulizia ottima e personale estremamente gentile!

Cons:

L’unico difetto è che la struttura era poco insonorizzata, la mattina si sentivano i dialoghi delle donne delle pulizie fuori dalla camera !

Ottimo quartiere a 25 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni del centro. Zona tranquilla, camera ampia e spaziosa con jacuzzi (non riuscivamo ad attivarla e il team si è subito messo a disposizione per risolvere in tempi rapidissimi), materasso e cuscino comodi, bagno rinnovato, personale reception eccezionale, parcheggio convenzionato a prezzo calmierato, riscaldamento a pompa di calore regolabile, colazione molto buona con grande varietà di prodotti e selezione, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore

Cons:

Il personale di sala della colazione sembra non appassionato al proprio lavoro, alcune risposte e insinuazioni non ci hanno fatto sentire coccolati e ben accolti. L’ascensore é piccolo e datato, ma comunque funzionale. Il lavandino si trova fuori dal bagno, a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere, noi ci siamo adattati. Il parcheggio convenzionato era pieno al momento del nostro arrivo, ma ci è stata subito indicata un’alternativa allo stesso prezzo nelle vicinanze dell’hotel.
