This was our second visit, we came back because it gives us everything we need and we’ll definitely be back in the futur
Pros:

Good value for money, basic but comfortable room. Clean and tidy with regular maid service. Garden well maintained. Breakfast and evening meals offered good variety. Pool was quiet with plenty of sun loungers. Close to small shopping centre with supermarket and some restaurants, Matagorda is a short walk for more bars and shops. Huge beach is over the road.

Cons:

Roof terrace offers great views but doesn’t offer any protection from the wind or any shade from the sun

Struttura nuova e pulita, ma troppi costi nascosti e servizi base a pagamento.
Pros:

A favore della struttura va sicuramente detto che l'alloggio era nuovo e molto bello. Inoltre, l'ottimo servizio in camera per il cambio degli asciugamani e la sistemazione quotidiana è stato impeccabile.

Cons:

Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata rovinata da una gestione dei servizi davvero discutibile. Abbiamo prenotato la mezza pensione, ma al tavolo abbiamo scoperto che le bevande non sono incluse, nemmeno l’acqua (una scelta davvero poco elegante). Inoltre, trovo assurdo che oggi si debba ancora pagare il Wi-Fi per averlo in camera. Per concludere, anche l'uso della cassaforte in stanza è a pagamento (ben 18€). Va bene far pagare i servizi extra, ma far cassa su elementi così basilari dà l'idea di voler speculare sul cliente. Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe del potenziale.

Es un complejo sencillo, nosotros lo queriaos así pq íbamos a estar todo el día fuera, la ubicación espectacular, en primera línea de playa, el personal muy atento, nos acogió muy bien y resolvió todo lo q precisamos

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Strand ist in der nähe.
Das Zentrum von Playa del Carmen ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Bushaltestelle um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, ist in der Nähe. Alle 20 Minuten einen Bus. Pro Person 1.40 Euro.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Die Möblierung der Appartements sind in die Jahre gekommen. Sollten mal ersetzt werden

Very enjoyable trip and would definitely stay at this apartment again
Pros:

Location was great, just at a large beach area and a quieter area of PDC. Varied tasty hot and cold breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at reception, They booked our trip to the Volcano. Apartment was very clean and spacious and a great patio for sunbathing and the sea view I requested.

Cons:

pity the pool was cold in April but we knew this in advance.

Cons:

Le bruit généré par la chasse d’eau surtout la nuit. Les carreaux fendus avec risques de blessure. Les coussins de fauteuils et canapés en Skaï matériel collant. Canapé inconfortable.

Lage super, Zustand und Umstände nicht zufriedenstellend

Lage.. Nähe zum Strand.
Die Matratzen waren gut.
Parken gut möglich.

Cons:

Frühstück (10€)nicht inklusive und WiFi kostet 5€pro Person pro Tag!! ( andere Appartment- Anlagen haben beides inclusive)

Mobiliar alt und abgewohnt.
Ausstattung mangelhaft ( Geschirr, Besteck dürftig)
Badewanne mit Vorhang..statt Dusche.

Renovierungsbedürftig. Modernisierungen wären gut.

Den Fön kann man ausleihen an der Rezeption für 1 Nacht, es gibt 10 Stück für ca.100 Appartments.

Ubicación inmejorable y personal muy profesional
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda y el personal es encantador y muy profesional. Viajamos con una persona mayor con problemas de movilidad y nos facilitaron mucho el apartamento que más se ajustaba a su limitación
