Das Frühstück war gut für ein Mittelklasse Hotel. Heißes Wasser für Teezubereitung gab es immer. Mitglieder der Copa Fluggesellschaft aus Panama und Militär-Angehörige benuzten es auch.
Ein großer Super-Market und Banken waren in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung mit Schränken könnte größer sein.

My wife and I had a great experience staying here. We were greeted and helped by Dary. I remembered her professionalism and hospitality from my last visit and was hopeful she would be there again during our visit. Having the right people at your hotel makes all the difference. One of my best experiences in Santo Domingo after many visits to DR. Hotel room was quiet!
Pros:

The hotel was better than I expected. The room was quiet, which is rare in SD. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The 24/7 gym is sufficient. There is a pool area and patio in the back that is understated but tranquil. Wi-fi was strong. My large (K size) bed was comfortable. Hot water was consistent in the shower. Staff was friendly and spoke English. The restaurant and lobby have lots of places to sit down with your laptop, have a coffee, watch a sports game.

Cons:

The TV didn't have many shows in English, but I don't watch much TV and have a laptop, so not a big deal. One elevator was out of service, with one remaining, during my stay. Hotels in the DR are not as nice as in the US, even the same brand/chain, but this one was good overall. Oh, the power went out one night, but came back on within a minute.
