Great Staff!
Pros:

Stayed in an 1 bedroom suite on the ground floor that was comfortable and had what we needed to fix simple meals -full size refrigerator & freezer, stove top and microwave (no oven). Queen Bed was very comfortable. (We didn’t use the pull out sleeper sofa.) All the staff were professional and friendly and quick to respond to requests. Zach at the front desk and Isabel in the dining room went above and beyond in their service! We had to extend our stay more than once, and the hotel was helpful and accommodating with our changing plans.

Great stay in Rogers / Bentonville
Pros:

Very good stay in Rogers / Bentonville
Great friendly staff. Better than overage breakfast options. Not much to the gym if you’re looking for that. Clean comfortable safe. Nice dining options nearby (love the Vietnamese Buffet across the street)

Definitely recommend this hotel as a great value for the price!

Great hotel
Pros:

Great Hotel, spacious clean room, staff was great and really nice breakfast! The location was convienient with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I would stay there again !

Great Motel.
Pros:

We stay here every year for Bikes Blues & BBQ since it moved to Rogers. Have had a great experience every time. Rooms are always spotless and the staff are always polite. Good breakfast is always a bonus. I just hope they don't start price gouging because of the event like all the others do.

The only suggestion we have is to put an adjustable wall mount for the tv into the room, so that you can watch tv from the couch or the bed.

Good but the coffee needs help
Pros:

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Rogers, Arkansas. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. One evening around 8pm, I tried to have coffee and my friend wanted tea. The coffee was only lukewarm, and the hot water for tea was actually cold. That was a little disappointing. We also had a small issue with the TV, but it was fixed quickly, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay, just wish the coffee and tea service was better.
