Great location but a bit tired
Pros:

Great location on the Old Town

Cons:

Decor in need of a make over. It’s quite run down, old fashioned and very brown.

Breakfast whilst good would benefit from more fresh fruit options eg some berries

A wonderfully located hotel with fantastic receptionists but a disappointing 4* hotel.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. right in the middle of Old Town and in vicinity & a minute walking to all the city offers.
The two welcoming young ladies we met at check-inn - Paulina and Ghetter - were fluently communicating in English. They were an amazing staff: cooperative, attentive, knowledgeable, open to explain and help in any issue or request.
The rooms we had were generously spacious and very clean.
A wooden floor with no carpets was great.
having a cuttle for tea or coffee was great.
Rooms are basically equipped with bathroom amenities.
The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were very uncomfortable - either too high or too small or too hard or two thin. None of them fitted.
The hotel felt more as a 3* hotel and not as a 4* one.
Breakfast was reasonable but basic.
Kitchen/ breakfast staff were hard to connect with as they were either not English speaking or indifferent.
We asked for omelets as they served fluffy baked eggs which were inedible.
At first the kitchen staff said it's what they have (and cold hard boiled eggs).
Then they sad they had too much work and cannot supply it.
Later they informed us it will take 10 minutes to prepare omelets, but later asked for 10 additional minutes and then for five more.
Conversation with them was very poor to understand for both sides.
At the end - we got no omelets...

We slept with open windows (fantastic clear air comes from outside) as the air-conditioning is not self controlled and not effective, although the hotel claims there is air-conditioning.
We could hear from the street bellow the bottle recycling just under our window at 1:00 AM, probably made by closing caffes and restaurants, and bunches of guys in next bars and the drunk people arguing or talking loud at 4;00 AM.
A car washing the streets woke us up at 6:00 AM (remember, we're on vacation...)

Lembra o Grande Hotel Budapeste, do filme
Pros:

A cama era muito boa. Localização ótima. É um hotel antigo, mas muito charmoso, bem cuidado

Cons:

Único problema é que a cortina não fechava por inteiro, o que deixava claro o quarto pela manhã.

Nicht der Erwartung entspochen
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, aber sehr laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren sehr schlecht, völlig durchgelegen. Frühstück war zwar reichhaltig, aber etwas lieblos. Gekochte Eier eiskalt.

Great hotel in wonderful location
Pros:

Lovely old hotel in a great location in old town.. Very good breakfast with a variety of hot and cold food. Comfortable room with basic facilities and good shower.hgrest The old elevator was wonderful.

Cons:

TV did not have a great range of channels so there wasn't much to watch other than Euro channel. Unfortunately we didn't have a great view from window as we were at back of hotel.

Hyvällä sijainnilla siisti hotelli, mutta meteli kuuluu kadulta ja naapurihuoneen juhlijoilta.

Sijainti. Perhehuoneen koko. Aamiainen.

Great location, decent enough hotel
Pros:

Location is great. Very short walk to loads of attractions, including bars, restaurants and museums. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Hotel is OK, nothing wrong with it, but it is looking a little tired and could do with a refurb. Breakfast could have been a bit better.

Hotel di fascino
Pros:

La posizione è privilegiata, vicina al centro. Grande atmosfera. Letto comodo. Colazione soddisfacente.

Cons:

non è colpa dell'hotel ma una sera si è riunito un gruppo di persone per strada ed hanno chiacchierato fino alle 3 del mattino. Poichè sul comodino c'erano i tappi per le orecchie, questa è una cosa comune la domenica sera :-(

Location is perfect. Breakfast until 11. All Bars and restaurants and old town Square just downstairs.

Nagyon jó helyen lévő szálloda
Pros:

A szálloda jó helyen található. Gyors becsekkolás. Barátságos, segítőkész személyzet. Nagy szoba és fürdőszoba. A fürdőben kád és zuhanyzó is volt. A reggeli jó és elégséges. A főépület szép, berendezés eredeti.

Cons:

A szállás a melléképületben volt a legfelső emeleten. A szoba és a fürdő egy része a padlástéri mennyezet miatt használhatatlan. Az egyik ágyhoz és az asztalhoz a hozzáférés erősen korlátozott. A lift nagyon kicsi. A reggeli a főépületben volt, így át kellett mindig menni. Az éttermek miatt elég hangos a hely.

Tallinni városnézéshez nagyon megfelelő volt a hotel választása
Pros:

A szálloda elhelyezkedése nagyon központi, minden óvárosi nevezetesség gyalog elérhető. A közelben számos bevásárlási lehetőség, kávézó és étterem volt. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt.

Cons:

Nem a szálloda tehet róla, de a belvárosban az éjszakai élet miatt az éjszakai pihenés a hangoskodások miatt nyitott ablaknál nem lehet, de a szálloda gondolom emiatt füldugót biztosít az alváshoz.
