Brilliant and unique stay. Thank you so much for making our trip special.
Pros:

Charming old hotel, reminiscent of old school Europe. The elevator was such a unique experience. Breakfast was delicious every day; and dining room was marvellous, overlooking the old town.

Cons:

Probably the mattresses and the dry air from air con. The latter is needed to be warm.

Tallin un gioiello incastonato nell’ambra
Pros:

L’hotel è molto confortevole, noi avevamo la suite con sauna, una meraviglia quando a gennaio ci sono -10 gradi e la sera torni in hotel. Camera pulita, bagno molto grande, ottima colazione. Nulla da eccepire. Personale competente e sempre disponibile.

Pros:

Hotell asub otse raekoja platsi ja kõigi vanalinna väga heade restoranide vahetus läheduses. Iga asi algusest kuni lõpuni oli suurepärane. Olen ööbinud paaris vanalinna hotellis, kus "ajaloo hõng" tähendab sisuliselt ebamugavusi. Siin seda ei olnud. Kuigi maja on vana ja asub vanalinnas, on külastajal ikka tunne, et viibib 21. sajandis. Tuba oli suur, mugav, puhas ja maitsekalt sisustatud. Polnud võltsi luksust, tõeliselt põhjamaine ja meeldiv atmosfäär. Hommikusöök väga rikkaliku valikuga. Kindlasti valin selle hotelli teinekordki.
