Coffee was horrible. I did complain 2 times and nothing changed. It was like drinking colored water.
The hotel is beautiful, traditional yet not dated, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and the location was perfect. We loved that there was coffee, pastries and fresh fruit set out on our floor in the morning.
There is really nothing we didn’t like. The only issue we had is the tv was on when we got into our room after check in and we could not find a tv remote anywhere in the room to turn off the television or change the channel. It took a couple requests for a remote but that honestly was minor and nothing against the hotel or staff.
