Location
First room air conditioner did not work. S3cond reem air conditioner was very noisy like parts rubbing against each other. Shower did not work had to take bath. Toilet lid screw covers missing. Most outdated room and tv i have ever seen. It is way overpriced for what you get.
I tried calling the number for reservations but Talked to someone else. Pricie online with 3rd companies giving better prices. I I did try to make reservations with Hampton. I did not get my rewards even if I am a Hilton rewards member. Clerk would not give me even a water bottle.
The staff was very friendly, the room and restroom were clean and comfortable. There were enough towels, and breakfast was great! The checkout time of 12pm was fantastic and greatly needed with our 2am check in.
Not being able to stay another day and explore the fitness area.
First off I loved how clean my room was and it smelt like I was at home. The front dest help was very nice and polite. This place is by far one of the best places I've ever stayed at. For anyone coming to stay in hobbs I recommend this place you will not be disappointed
There wasnt anything I didnt like. The only thing was I wish there was a little more variety for breakfast.
