Everything was lovely.
Breakfast was cold and tea and coffee was cold.
Eggs were not very good either.
This was a shame because exceptional comfort and convenient place to stay but really think this needs improving otherwise you will lose a lot of trade and people will go out for breakfast.
This could so easily be sorted.

Our room was a bit older and right next to the lift. It was functional and clean. The staff were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome even though we arrived in the middle of the night.
