Location was convenient.
No breakfast option… should do a deal with Denny’s as it is attached to. Air conditioner had mind of its own… irregular temperature
Tranum at the front desk in Regina was amazing. Excellent customer service skills with every guest she checked in.
So, the bed was comfortable, the room was functional enough, at least we had enough coffee after going to front desk twice for it.
The room was really quite cramped. While I appreciated having the desk, lounger, and the two beds, there was no room to walk between anything. Like one ft between the bed and the wall. The room was stocked for only 2 people and 1 night rather than 3 people for 3 nights. I had to go get washcloths and coffee because they just didn't have enough there. The bathroom vanity fell down, that wasn't cool. The shelf in the closet is missing bolts. Room by Ikea, basically. And the pool was surprisingly small and the hot tub wasn't working right. Basically just a bath. The room served the purpose but I've stayed at much better places at similar rates.

Location was excellent. Close to many important amenities…
Air conditioner was flashing red light indicating a dirty filter, which I was able to rinse in shower (very dirty). Shower door seal on bottom leaks and so water pools on floor outside shower. Bathroom fan on same switch as bathroom light, and it is very loud … so getting up in night can result in waking other room members.

I didn't like that we had to place a tag on the door before 10am to get our room cleaned.
