Nice room; terrible breakfast situation
Pros:

The room was nicely furnished and the staff were very helpful

Cons:

The breakfast needs to be redone. I didn’t get any breakfast because of the long lines. There should be a buffet like that at other hotels.

Extremely upset that my "free breakfast" is still charged to my credit card for $50.
Pros:

The breakfast was great! Hotel was very clean and rooms were very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was not that clean, did not go in it. My main complaint is that my reservation had breakfast included but it was put on my credit card (an even $50) and was told that would come off. Even at check in i confirmed that breakfast was included on the rate i chose. It is sill on my card since 3/1/26! I called about 5 times when i got home from my cruise and it was very hard to get thru to the desk. When I did she couldn't help me and I left my name and number several times for a manager to call me back...that never happened. So, I am furious that I was overcharge $50 for my stay and did not get breakfast included. Customer service was terrible! I still want to be credited for that free breakfast!

Cons:

Shuttle bus from airport to hotel not identified with signage so no way to tell it was from your hotel.
Service at snack bar in lobby extremely slow.

I can not give a real review for we only stayed the night. The next morning we went for the road trip. But one thing I can tell you about my stay is that the beds are very comfortable.

We had a very quick stay.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the hotel having a bar on property.

Cons:

We had to wait until after 6 to get into our room. The staff made us wait in lobby and were not friendly. They would not give us a reason why we had to wait so long.

Close to airport

Cons:

Couch that made a bed was horrible didn't have no sheets I had to wait 2 hours to get sheets a blanket pillow before I could go to bed the wait to get in the room was 3 hours we were made to change the TV channel in the lobby because some man wanted to watch a football game which was uncalled for there was other TVs he could have watched we were right in the middle of watching a movie and the employee made us change it nope
