Overall it was quite good and staff was great

Cons:

The in-room fire alarm goes off when the shower is used. This is VERY bad. I am standing wet and naked and wondering if there is a fire. Called front desk and was told the alarm is triggered by steam from the shower. UNACCEPTABLE. The alarm screamed for several minutes. This MUST be fixed

Room was very smelly as if they didn’t wash the bed sheets or towels and let them dry properly …. Food didn’t arrive for over 30m

It was clean and z checked us in quickly

Cons:

Never answered my messages. I even called booking.com and the didn’t get a response. The bed was too soft. Breakfast was expensive. And I picked free breakfast and parking yet they charged for everything. Couldn’t cancel without a charge. It was terrible. Never stay there again
