Was very meh stay!
Pros:

Liked that it was close to the pier Everglades port and had a shuttle from the hotel to the port! Not fond of the $20 per person charge 😑 probably will do an uber/lyft or taxi next time.

Cons:

When I originally booked this property breakfast was included as well as no cancellation fee and pay at the property! But when we checked in to ask when the continental breakfast starts they said they didn’t have it 🤦🏾‍♀️ but it was posted when I originally booked 🤷🏾‍♀️ also my oldest son slept in the pull out bed and not sure if it was bed bugs or spiders but he got bit a few times overnight 😡 probably wouldn’t stay here again. Also the front desk attendant wasn’t very nice or engaging

very convenient location and close to the cruise port

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, also the staff at the front desk was nice.

Cons:

I was charged again for the room by the hotel, after already paying in advance with booking.com. When addressing the situation the staff on the other line was very rude and denied any charges.

Avoid this place. Terrible.

Cons:

I waited for 1 hour at the airport to the point of had to order an uber. The van finally came. I called all the contact phone numbers given at the reservation but no one answered. I’m the rooms are big but the AC is ancient at woke me up all night when it turned on and off. Terrible experience. I will never come back.

The people of the hotel were extremely nice to me because of a personal problem I had while there.

Overall a great place to stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with clean comfy rooms. Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The pull out bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Our 5th person couldn't sleep on it so she had to curl up in the loveseat to sleep.
