Ubicación, lo chic que es y la atención del frontdesk.

Cons:

El personal del restaurante del Rooftop: grosero, indiferente, incluso había desdén. No importa que te hospedes ahí, no importa que tengas reserva, literal el trato que te dan es como si pidieras comida regalada. Ahhh pero si hablas en inglés, el tema cambia. Una mesera en particular, de la que me quejé antes de salir, fue la peor. Y todo pasó a nuestra llegada, el primer día!!

Exceeding my expectations.
Pros:

Staff was amazing. The location is incredible. The hotel has such a cool vibe, and the rooftop bar is one of the best in the city.

Cons:

The pillows are terrible. Sleeping comfortably was rough, and the mattress is too far away from the headboard.
