There are way better options at lower prices, you’re not getting the amenities you’re paying extra for.
Pros:

Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Swimming pool was full of junk and had clearly been out of operation for months.
Laundry was out of operation for no apparent reason and no apparent effort was being made to fix it.
Very noisy, room had rubbish left from previous occupants.

Pros:

Got to sleep… Room was way colder than the hallway and elevator

Cons:

When arriving the parking lot has huge potholes.. not very good parking spots available.. dust all over the room like it hadn’t been dusted in over a month. Shower was not accessible as I reserved. Had rust all over the shower.The entryway had trash and leaves all over the floor.. Waffle maker was broken and pool was dirty after asking if they would both be available they were not.. The bedding had small speckles of black something everywhere.. Cleaning habits could be a little better

Could use some TLC
Pros:

Breakfast was good, and front desk staff very friendly.

Cons:

Property is very tired and poorly maintained. When we checked in we were notified the washers and ice machines were not working. The front sliding doors rattled when they opened and closed. Either the hotel workers, or a number of the clientele were vaping in the hallways, rooms, or stairwells of the building which reeked of marijuana.
