Ok room and location.
Pros:

Nice room and comfortable bed. Easy to get to right off the interstate.

Cons:

So there are shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall in the tub/shower but no liquid body wash. I found that odd. Had to use the small bar of hand soap in the shower.

This was my second stay there. It will be my last.
Pros:

Not much. Beds were reasonably comfortable.

Cons:

Pool was disgusting and not available for use. We were not emailed about this nor told about it at checkin. Also, the ice machine was out of order. And homeless people were wandering in the parking lot during the night,

Satisfactory room, terrible food and incompenent management
Pros:

The rooms were acceptable

Cons:

The food was terrible. The orange juice had been watered down and it was difficult to determine if it was orange juice. An attempt was made to water down the waffle mix. When I poured a cup of mix onto the waffle maker a large portion was water and simply steamed on the hot grill. As I attempted to eat it, there was virtually no waffle to eat. I got up and left in disgust. I went to the front desk to check my bill and no one was there. I will never stay in this Comfort Inn again and will probably avoid other Comfort Inns for some time. I have always been happy with my stays in Comfort Inns, feels this was probably the result of incompetent management.

Would no longer recommend this site.
Pros:

Breakfast had both hot and cold options. They seemed to keep it stocked.

Cons:

1. The pool is and has been non usable for months. It's full of green sledge. The elevator was broke and staff offered no assistance getting my luggage down from the third floor which was problematic as I'm 73 with a recent back surgery. I've stayed at this site several times and it's going downhill fast.

Cons:

Pool was dark green. Main reason we booked. AC in room barely blew any air. It was 74 in the room and climbing. Shower pressure was poor, coming out of the tub spout and shower head at the same time.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable only good thing about this place.

Cons:

The shower did not work well, most of the water comes out on the bottom, the breakfast was not great, it did not taste good. The swimming was dirty and not working.

Hardly anything

Cons:

The pool was green, got lied to, the side door don’t work! The elevator is not the best, the curtin don’t close all the way in the bed rooms, no privacy. Will not be staying there again! It’s the worse place, the location was okay.

Good location but needs upgrades
Pros:

The location was close to the highway. Samantha the front desk supervisor was a great help. I had an issue with my pet and she personally stepped up and solved the problem.

Cons:

For those looking use a pool, it won’t be here. My guess is the filter is broken- it was green and no water in the jacuzzi. My room overlooked the highway and it was a lot of traffic noise. Better sound proofing would help. With some upgrades this place would be an ideal location.

There are way better options at lower prices, you’re not getting the amenities you’re paying extra for.
Pros:

Staff were great, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Swimming pool was full of junk and had clearly been out of operation for months.
Laundry was out of operation for no apparent reason and no apparent effort was being made to fix it.
Very noisy, room had rubbish left from previous occupants.
