Room was freezing cold. Dirty sheets and pillow cases.

Deplorable is the only word I can think of

The room was tiny. The heating unit was old and dirty. It was so bad that I was hesitant to get in the bed for fear of bed bugs although I didn't see any.

I was able to check in early.

I like how they were very friendly and understanding about my situation. Only thing I didn't like was that the bed was broken and the room didn't have a remote

The room was dirty and not well maintained. The bed looked clean, but the rest seemed dirty. Felt dirt on the floor as I walked in. Opened the drawer of night stand (I was trying to find the TV remote which I never found) and the inside was stained and dirty. Just gross. Bathroom seemed relatively clean but paint all over mirror and in the tub. Not taken care of at all. Stains in the toilet. Just not maintained. I didn't want to touch anything because I wasn't sure what might be on it. Also the air conditioner was very old so it was rattling and extremely loud.

Holes in curtains, no waste baskets, paint peeling, bathroom hasno toilet paper holder and tub plug broken. Its a real rat hole.

Bad motel. Dirty, smelling with odour.

Property smelled like pure cigarette smoke very very dirty bed and could not get refund due to a no refund policy

Overpriced cheap conditions
Air conditioner was noisy and didn't work
Room smelled
Felt uncomfortable and unsafe
Definitely want a refund

The people at the place were great when I told them we didnt want to stay, they said to call expedia to get my refund they were nice about it, it was expedia that were awful, I called to cancel and get a refund, they told me front desk had to do that. They wouldnt refund me my money. I paid for something that I didnt stay at, I would not suggest booking anything from expedia, if they cant take care of there customers. DO NOT BOOK ANY THING FROM EXPEDIA.

It was OK. Not great, but not bad.

There was no one available to check in for 30 minutes. Room had gun shots through the door. Extremely dirty

Felt like someone was watching us all night through the wall. When reported to front desk they acted like it was no big deal. Never ever dping businesses with Wyndham

I shouldn’t have to clean the dust out of an A/C unit for you! It almost caught fire because of it! If we wouldn’t have stayed up until it warmed up we could have died due to staff negligence! Mainly the person checking us in!

The pictures on the booking website were NOT this property. This ramshackle Motel (NOT a hotel) is the absolute worst lodging I’ve ever seen. I was traveling alone and arrived late in the evening or I would have demanded a refund and stayed elsewhere. Room (#340) was filthy, very tiny and cramped, and extremely outdated. The walls had holes and chipped paint all over. The furniture must have been from the 1970s. The carpet was DISGUSTING, had not been cleaned or vacuumed, and had dried crud on it near the bed. The blanket on the bed was old and rough, and was full of cigarette burns. The sheets were so old and worn you could literally see worn spots in them. The shower was maybe 30” x 30” square - I could barely get inside to shower. The Formica counter around the sink was warped and the bathroom fixtures were appalling. I didn’t feel safe in the room - although I’m sure I was the ONLY guest at the motel. I paid $102 to sleep here - and I didn’t sleep well. I’m surprised I didn’t see any bugs or roaches - but the pervasive overpowering scent of insecticide might explain that.

I am SHOCKED that Days Inn/Wyndham would even put their name on this place and you better believe I will check the room before paying at a Days Inn or Wyndham property in the future. Absolutely disgusting and traumatizing experience.

Don’t stay here. Just don’t. Should be condemned. Multiple buildings in this motel complex are not being used with obviously buckling walls. This probably wasn’t a nice motel when it was built and it hasn’t been updated since then. No Wi-Fi or breakfast even though it is advertised as having both. Don’t stay here.

The check in was easy. We got to the room and we thought it was the wrong room. The man at the service desk told us we have to press up on the door handle to get in. Fair enough. We get into the room and it reeks of cigarettes. We look around the room and it looks absolutely horrible. The mattress is stained with miscellaneous liquid, I’m not sure if it was blood or some other body fluid. The bathroom looked like there was mold in it and we did not feel comfortable even sitting on the seat. For the bed we did not even use the sheets on it because of how the rest of the room looked and I did not trust them enough to for the sheets to be clean. We went to the service desk to ask for water and all they had was hot water and gave us one tiny styrofoam cup. Overall horrible experience and I won’t be back.
