Si une personne ne respecte pas les mesures de sécurité :à savoir ne pas fumer en chambre . A la deuxième fois c'est dehors
Je ne comprends pas qu'elle réitère ! Une seule personne à l'accueil de nuit qui a fait ce qu'il pouvait pour chercher la cause en courant partout ....(.tout en restant extrêmement professionnel ! et aimable )
Venant 1f/mois sur Montpellier et ayant pris mes habitudes au Kyriade cela m'a refroidi .

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado si vienen por carretera para dejarlo en el garaje y luego salir caminando a la parte histórica

Cons:

Alquile una habitación triple, al momento de la recepción el personal muy amable y dispuesto. A la noche cuando llegamos veo que hay un solo juego de toalla bajo a recepción le digo que me dejaron 1 solo juego de toallas y me trae una más le digo que somos tres y se molesta primero me la niega y luego muy molesto cuando le digo que pague por una habitación triple , resoplando me tira las toallas en la recepción ! Nunca me habia pasado me pareció lamentable .
