Breakfast was available, but it was ok
So many people was hanging out outside of the property I never seen that. Fruit had mold for Saturday breakfast, Sunday breakfast fresh fruit was sat out . felt like for breakfast should have different meat choices. Room was dusty looks like no one dust refrigerator seems to not work
The location
The breakfast bar was not kept up like usual. The coffee and tea bar had no tea or hot water.
The original room I was given was DIRTY! The towel/bathmath clearly had been used by the previous guest or it was just a stained towel folded on the back of the toilet. I have pictures. The floor was dirty. The entry had not been swept or vacuumed and there were dried rose petals on the floor around the bed. Not mine and evidence that no vacuuming or sweeping had been done. The ice bucket was moldy and still had water in it from the last use. The refrigerator did not work. Again...I have pictures. There were grease stains on the desk. The worst part and why I asked for another room was the toilet had hair on the lid and seat and urine on the seat. Not acceptable!
it was basic and not very tasty, the sausage tastes like cardboard however the eggs were ok and the yogurt was good orange juice tasted spoiled however the coffee was good when it wasn't gone
i feel like they could pay more attention to cleaning the rooms although I didn't see any bugs the floor had crumbs on it and the bathroom had stuff on the shelves and not enough wash clothes or bathmat however the water was excellent the shower felt very good
Good location and near downtown
That the bathroom in our hotel stopped working and the second day we were their we couldn't use our bathroom at all we had to go to the lobby bathroom. They told us they couldn't switch us rooms because they were fully booked and the guy was rude that was at the desk. Paid over 250 for 2 nights and couldn't use the bathroom.
People were loud running through the halls all hours of the night. Throw up in the elevator

Everything was really good; the location was the best as we had a local event.
There were some drunken and rude guests that were not making the public areas very pleasant.

The bed was comfortable- the location was easy to access to other areas and the staff was pleasant-
Breakfast could have been better- when I came down around 7:30am there was 1 sausage and I think eggs was once in the pan couldn't tell- The orange juice tasted very flat and watered down-needed refrigerated. It was a missed for me this time. Lastly the WIFI was terrible -once- Again! But I must say, each time I called down to report the Wi-Fi was out a staff person immediately came to the room and restarted - Overall, I would stay again-
