Space of my suite, the amenities, and quietness

The only available staff had a very poor disposition. Front desk attendant was more interested in his phone conversation than helping. When asked to bring extra sheets and blankets he preferred we come down a get it ourselves. Breakfast ran out within an hour and was not replenished in spite of promises. TV didn’t work and same attendant couldn’t fix it.
Location was great and reasonable for why I was in town.
A few unruly, drunken guests that were disruptive and rude.
The place has roaches
They are way under staff. The TV didnt work. Breakfast was out. Only few people working so hard for them keeps up.

Location near other restaurants and other entertainment.
The pool closed right after we checked in and that was the reason booked there, the pullout bed had no sheets and couldn't contact the front desk to ask for anything. The tub wasn't the cleanest but not the worse.

Shower flooded, the toliet was tiny for a preschool in our room, breakfast was not good,
The lobby
The bath rooms could be upgraded the vanity was damaged and the shower looks old also the pool closes to early at 8pm then it opens at 10 check out is. At all given guest no time to enjoy the pool in the morning
