Party hotel!!

I guest they are known as the party hotel. There's was parties every night in rooms and the meeting rooms. Loud music til midnight, people smoking cigarettes and weed in rooms. Hotel smells bad, I had to change floors bc of the cigarette smell. People running up and down halls. Staff just sprays rooms and halls and doesn't do anything bout the smoking. I won't be back ever I can't stand the smell of cigarettes. There's alot of complaints bout this and they still allow it.

The hotel was nice, the service was mediocre.
Pros:

The property was clean and in a great location.

Cons:

The room next to was very loud, when we tried to call the service desk there was no answer. When we to the service desk, no one was there.

Room was worn. Shower water had low pressure because diverter for tub would not close so pressure would go to shower head. Also kitchen fauset lever is very loose,

Pros:

the breakfast was decent! the apple juice is amazing! the rooms are clean and very nice for the price, haven’t seen any bugs or any sign of mold! so id say it’s worth it!

Cons:

the breakfast changes everyday, and I don’t believe they give menus to the residents during their stay, they really should!

The coffee in the lobby

-they didn’t have the 2 queen available
So they put us in the king suite that was not cleaned probably because nobody books it -there was cigarette bud in the sofa bed the comforter in the bedroom was not cleaned it smelled like smoke I itched and scratched all night the shower was freezing I kept the sink and tub running to see if it would warm up it never did the only tv was in the living room so we couldn’t watch tv most likely will never stay there again
