Just not good hotel at all

How thin the walls was could hear everyone in the rooms beside us

My remote didn’t work, my toilet got clogged, my telephone didn’t work, & the shower flooded. The ice machine on the 7th & 8th floor were out of order, but there wasn’t a sign on the 8th floor. I didn’t find out until I went to the 7th floor to get ice. There was a sign saying the machines on the 7th & 8th floor didn’t work & that we needed to go to the 1st-6th floor for ice.

Two treadmills were down. The only two. Bathrooms were way too small. I noted blood on the floor in lobby area. It was brought to the staff attention. He stated he'll get someone to clean it but it didn't happen, well at least while I was there. Maybe short staffed. I attempted to use the text service but they never responded even after stating via text I can use that method to communicate. Again, maybe short staffed.

The front desk was rude and not very helpful. When asking for extra towels, we were refused and then reluctantly given 1. I even heard someone ask for sheets, and they were told no. They said they spilled water on the sheets and were still told no. The pool closed at 8, which is crazy for a Saturday night. It was extremely crowded due to a birthday a guest was throwing, which had several non paying guests enjoying the pool. At 8 in the dot, they were in getting people out of the pool. I do understand that since closing was 8, the manor, which they did it in, was very rude and curt. We arrived at 6 and there was no coffee or hot water. The trash cans were all over flowing, and the ice machine didn't work on our floor. The air conditioning unit on our floor was extremely loud and sounded like a machine gun being fired. There were multiple guests in the parking lot from earlier birthday parties who were drinking and fighting. All in all, for what we spent, it wasn't very disappointing. We would have stayed at our previous hotel but had to move because of a change in schedule for a baseball tournament. They weren't as up to date on the building, but the staff was super kind, and I would take that over what we got.

Room smell like someone was smoking in room before. The odor was very strong even cranking up the ac. Did not get a good sleep

The entire floor smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes. The trash can was over flowed. I didn't complain to the staff because it was just one night.

Wifi didn't work smoke alarm kept chirping they replaced the battery still chirped. The ac was putting out heat to the point we left early

So many people was hanging out outside of the property I never seen that. Fruit had mold for Saturday breakfast, Sunday breakfast fresh fruit was sat out . felt like for breakfast should have different meat choices. Room was dusty looks like no one dust refrigerator seems to not work

The breakfast bar was not kept up like usual. The coffee and tea bar had no tea or hot water.

The original room I was given was DIRTY! The towel/bathmath clearly had been used by the previous guest or it was just a stained towel folded on the back of the toilet. I have pictures. The floor was dirty. The entry had not been swept or vacuumed and there were dried rose petals on the floor around the bed. Not mine and evidence that no vacuuming or sweeping had been done. The ice bucket was moldy and still had water in it from the last use. The refrigerator did not work. Again...I have pictures. There were grease stains on the desk. The worst part and why I asked for another room was the toilet had hair on the lid and seat and urine on the seat. Not acceptable!

i feel like they could pay more attention to cleaning the rooms although I didn't see any bugs the floor had crumbs on it and the bathroom had stuff on the shelves and not enough wash clothes or bathmat however the water was excellent the shower felt very good

That the bathroom in our hotel stopped working and the second day we were their we couldn't use our bathroom at all we had to go to the lobby bathroom. They told us they couldn't switch us rooms because they were fully booked and the guy was rude that was at the desk. Paid over 250 for 2 nights and couldn't use the bathroom.
