Foi uma experiência horrível!
Pros:

Reservamos o apartamento que constava ser em prédio externo, porém não sabia que era em outro endereço. Falaram que faremos o check-in no hotel e depois teria alguém p/ nós levar de carro até o apto, mas foi mentira. Eu tinha machucado o pé e tiivemos que ir andando até oblocal que ficava longe uns 15 minutos com malas, mochilas e criança. Uma humilhação, estragou minha chegada na cidade que é linda. Nos fizeram deixar um dinheiro de depósito e falaram que era garantia caso a gente estragasse algo no apartamento, nunca vi isso. Além de tudo, o apartamento tinha porta quebrada, estava com cabelos nos travesseiros e roupa de cama, box sujo e ele era super escuro, não se enxergava nada direito lá dentro mesmo com as janelas abertas durante o dia não era possível ler. No check-out foi a mesma coisa, não foram nos pegar lá de carro como combinado e tivemos que voltar tudo andando carregando as malas novamente só p/ devolver as chaves pq só uma das portas tinha fechadura eletronica.Viajo bastante e nunca tinha passado por algo assim.
