the room was extremely hot the airconditioning was noisy and renovation work started at 7.00 A.M the pillows were paper- thin very difficult to sleep when we informed to the staff they said there was nothing to do. breakfast poor with limited choices and stale croissants unfortunately i would not recommend this hotel

I had booked another room for a family member. There was a problem with the air conditioning. Once I reported it, it was checked very quickly and family member was upgraded to another room. Very impressed with how the issue was dealt with.
