Room was too hot and no air conditioning. Shower drainage was not working and so flooded room

Hotel nuovo, pulito, personale molto gentile e ottima colazione. Inoltre, é in una posizione comoda per spostarsi in città e nelle principali località di Ibiza

El aparcamiento en los alrededores es complicado, yo opté por un parking gratuito a unos 10-15 minutos del hotel, es Gorg.
The staff were very helpful.
The rooms need some work. The AC vent and plug fell off the wall and the pool was closed. The hotel also charges extra for the indoor pool and sauna.
We came for my Sisters 30th Birthday celebrations and when we checked in we had been upgraded to the best room type that the hotel offers - The Junior Suite, this was a surprise and a very nice touch from the hotel!
The location is great to explore Ibiza Town and a very modern/clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful
