Nothing really. The best was the location.

Cons:

Staff was rude and not helpful. After making a mistake they could not offer the room (suite) i booked with two beds. They only had a suite with one bed (even though i specifically booked it through booking.com with two). No help when asking for a second bed sheet for the night the staff said its not possible. Also no reply from booking.com customer service on help. Very dissapointed by booking.com too.

It's all about the location
Pros:

It's all about the location. It's 5 min walk to the bus stop from / to the airport, 5 mins walk from the port for getting to Formentera, and 5 mins walk to the old town.

Cons:

The hotel feels like a big hotel chain, a bit impersonal.

Excellent stay in Ibiza town, with everything you would want.
Pros:

The location was spectacular super close to restaurants, bars and shops and two supermarkets right outside. The bus stop and ferry stop is not far away either. The room was clean and cleaned every day if we wanted, having a balcony was great and although in Ibiza Town it was not loud at all. The rooftop pool was a blessing, such a good vibe up there and the food and drink up there were really great.

Cons:

Honestly, nothing, be nice perhaps to have breakfast included but that is reaching.

Hôtel très bien situé.
Chambre uniquement fonctionnelle - en dessous des attentes - et lits séparés non souhaités.
Le ménage laisse à désirer.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel pour le prix.
