Had a fantastic dinner at the Wild Sage last night! The menu is artfully crafted and excellently executed. The Fois gras and beef tartar are exquisite to name just a few of many great dishes we sampled. Service is impeccable. Their wine list is curated to give an excellent range of high quality choice options in all price points. Kudos! My wife and I spend 13 weeks a year in Jackson and this has now become our new favorite! Looking forward to many more delicious experiences!
We have family there and Grand Son was graduating so we had plans for everything so we didn’t get to experience meals etc . But of all my friend with me totally enjoyed the outdoors on each side especially with the fire places as well. Loves the outdoors so when I left she thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors . She made friends from Alabama there and especially your employee Jr. But all of your employees are compliment to your organization. My daughter has lived there for 25 + years and came with family for evening meal . All positive. Since the fire a place I always wanted to stay . Had a condo until my wife died which I gave it to the family to rent . 😭lost my free place 🤣🤣Thank yall for great stay .
No ice machine . So my friend just went down and they got it out of the kitchen. 🤣🤣
Staff and facilities
Nothing
We stayed here for three nights while visiting Jackson Hole and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautiful, and all of the staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant every day for breakfast as well as once for dinner, and every meal was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea that was made available all day, as well as the delicious cookies that were put out in the evening. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Fantastic stay at the Rusty Parrot. Staff are so friendly and ensure you are having a great stay. Can’t recommend enough
Nothing
The hotel is a small cosy place, almost like being at home, with an very service minded and friendly Staff. The Restaurant has many fantastic dishes and probably one of the best places to dine in Jackson.
Our Room was nice and very clean.
My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Jackson and spent three wonderful nights at the Rusty Parrot. After three decades of staying at some excellent Conrad and Waldorf properties, this one has officially become our favorite—yes, it beat them all.
From the friendly text from management the day before we arrived, it was clear this place does hospitality right. With a smaller number of rooms, the staff actually knows who you are (imagine that!) and treats you like you’re their most important guest—without being over the top.
The location is perfect: just a few short blocks from the heart of Jackson and an easy walk, even when the temperature reminds you that you’re in Wyoming. And if you opt for daily housekeeping, your room gets refreshed twice a day, each time with a thoughtful, classy touch that makes you smile when you walk back in.
The Rusty Parrot made our anniversary trip truly special, and we’re already looking forward to our return.
This hotel was incredible in every way. Cleanliness is my number one priority and it was immaculate! The staff was so kind and made my birthday very special. Breakfast was fantastic! The location to town was perfect but also felt quiet and peaceful. An absolute 5 star hotel!
Absolutely the nicest people! The lodge was beautiful and welcoming. The spa was experience was wonderful and the services for activities were perfect. We will be back!
Everything. This is a truly wonderful hotel, very understated, but luxurious at the same time.
Nothing. It is a great place.
This hotel was AMAZING. We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone working the valet and the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Binoculars or walking sticks for hikes? No problem. Water bottles? No problem. Reservation at the hotel restaurant the day of? No problem. Fixing the hot water in the tub when it ran cold one night? DONE. We asked for all of this and more and they never made us feel bad for asking -- instead made us feel like the most special guests in the most special place. The rooms were perfectly furnished with charming touches, and the quiet location is perfect (Close enough to walk into town for anything, but far away from the main square.) The food is great, the people are great, and we are already talking about coming back.
As a side note, we also stayed at another hotel in Teton Village during our trip. There, even though we paid more and the hotel has a "luxurious" reputation, we felt like they did not care at all about our experience and had a MUCH better time at RP. Plus, RP is a family and locally owned business. Choose them!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rusty Parrot. Our room was beautiful, service is outstanding. All staff was very polite and helpful. Very close to Jackson Hole Town Square where we walked every day. And loved the daily cookies and coffee, candy delivered to our room every night! Nowhere better to stay if you’re visiting Jackson Hole…hope to visit again
We only spent one night in Jackson but it was memorable due to staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. It is a smaller luxury hotel and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The location is great as it is away from the busyness of the town square but still just a short walk away. There is a park in front of the building and a river behind it. I never had problems parking on the street right in front of the building. Our room was very well appointed and we loved the small touches like automatic blinds and dimmable lights. We were very torn while here because we wanted to experience Jackson but it was hard to leave the room. We walked to Snake River Brewery for dinner and ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. It was July 4th and we watched the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great experience and we would love to return in the future.
Breakfast was amazing!
I was surprised by the outside of the decks. By the pictures I was under the impression that more in the wilderness and the had house outside and parking and then the mountain.
Everything!!! Modern, the brass bathroom hardware and tile and granite and tub and shower was tea! The bath salts and bath products and the awesome blow dryer and robes and slippers rocked! The full length mirror and sitting area to out shoes on or take them off was thoughtful. The Teddy Bears and notes to our family were a cute touch as we were celebrating a lot. The beds are wayyyyyyyyy comfy!! Best ever!!! The stickers, postcards and letterhead were nice touch as was the dark and milk chocolate truffles with salt! The cute refrigerator drawer with the aluminum can GTNP waters was a nice local touch. And the free popcorn and bars was a nice touch as well. The throw blanket is nice and the extra blankets are super warm. Lighting was great on a corner room. Eg 329. The lounge on floor 2 with all day coffee and tea was so nice. The observation deck with the outdoor fire pit and wildlife viewing deck with the telescope was fantastic! Restaurant and bar, spa, outdoor waiting area for the spa, hot tub, outdoor sitting area, handmade jewelry in the lobby, all awesome options. And the free rental of electric or manual bikes to scoot around town is cool too! The loaner umbrellas was also great. And the pillow spray and eye mask was perfect! The staff went above and beyond, they genuinely care and are so happy and helpful! Service is top notch! They went out of their way to find us great restaurant options fairly late. Very walkable to town, parking is easy and the river and mountain right next to it is so serene. I will 100% be back!
That I couldn’t stay longer! My issue not theirs!!!
