Herrliche Auszeit in einer gepflegten Hotelanlage

Es war alles vorhanden und hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gute Beratung durch das Personal, reichhaltiges Essen, genügend Liegen und Platz um den Pool, schöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen/Blumen

la piscina exterior resulta fría, sería genial que estuviese climatizada para mayor disfrute.

en la habitación encontramos un calcetín que no era nuestro, estaba detrás de una basura, entendemos que se le despistó a quien hizo la habitación.
No me gustó el detalle de haber bebido 2 botellas de agua sin marca, que creíamos eran de cortesía, y se nos cobraron en el check out, no por el precio si no como un gesto que no me espero de un hotel de esta categoría.
el proceso de check in cuando estás en el bloque de costa conil se hace un poco tedioso por el recorrido que hay que hacer con las maletas.

Excelente hotel para pasar unos días en la costa gaditana

Excelente buffet de desayuno. Extraordinaria disposición de todo el personal... están en todo momento dispuestos a agradar y ayudar en cualquier tema...

Cons:

Na de na!... bueno, si quieres ir a la playa tienes una bajada un poquito larga (5 min!)... lo malo es la subida!!!

Foi tudo fabuloso, do hotel em geral, dos funcionários, dos serviços, da qualidade da comida ao pequeno almoço e jantar, a limpeza geral e a localização. O hotel é muito próximo da praia, tem piscina exterior muito bonita, o quarto onde fiquei tinha uma vista mar fabulosa.

Cons:

A única coisa que me recordo de não ter gostado, foi a água do jacuzzi e da piscina interior serem um pouco frias, esperava uma temperatura mais quente, mas atenção que em nada prejudica a minha avaliação, é apenas um detalhe, irei voltar certamente a este hotel.
Ah as motas também deveriam pagar menos estacionamento que os carros, até porque existe uma zona dedicada às motas, eu como paguei o preço dum carro acabei por estacionar também num lugar de carro, mas preferia pagar menos e ficar no slot das motas.
