He elegido este hotel porque se promociona como un alojamiento ideal para familias, pero mi experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante.

La zona de piscina infantil debería estar pensada para que las familias con niños pequeños puedan disfrutarla cómodamente. Sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia todas las hamacas y espacios cercanos estaban ocupados por adultos sin niños que buscaban refugiarse del viento, dejando a las familias sin sitio donde instalarnos.

Viajo con un bebé de pocos meses y me he visto obligada a sentarme en un pequeño hueco en el césped, buscando algo de sombra donde poder atenderlo. Resulta frustrante comprobar cómo un espacio destinado a familias acaba siendo utilizado por personas que disponen de otras zonas del hotel.

Además, en una ocasión me pidieron que abandonara una hamaca alegando que estaba reservada para personas con necesidades especiales. Lo entendí y la dejé sin problema. Sin embargo, pocas horas después esa misma hamaca estaba ocupada por una pareja joven sin ninguna necesidad aparente, lo que me hizo sentir que el criterio aplicado no fue el mismo para todos los huéspedes.

Lo más decepcionante fue trasladar esta situación a recepción y encontrar una absoluta falta de interés por buscar una solución. Ni se nos ofreció una alternativa ni se tuvo en cuenta que viajábamos con un bebé tan pequeño.

Creo que el hotel debería revisar la gestión de los espacios familiares si realmente quiere seguir vendiéndose como un destino pensado para niños. Porque una cosa es la publicidad y otra muy distinta la experiencia que vivimos las familias cuando llegamos aquí.

Great family trip
Pros:

Beautiful pools, views, easy access to town. Large (if chaotic) breakfast. Easy to order drinks at pool.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small and dated. The bar staff was not happy we wanted to watch the world cup each night. We requested ocean view which was nice but I would've preferred afternoon shade on balcony, perhaps they could add that detail as it was too hot to sit outside.

Muy buena
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel! Tenía varias piscinas aptas para niños de distintas edades y zonas verdes muy agradables. Las habitaciones eran amplias. La ubicación muy buena, se accede q la playa fácilmente al igual que al pueblo

No nos gustó que en media pensión te cobraran el agua en las comidas , cuando en el desayuno te ofrecen incluso champán

Pros:

La ubicación era perfecta , a 10 minutos del centro andando y la playa nada más salir del hotel . El personal un 10 de 10 , súper atentos y amables todos. En nuestro caso cogimos desayuno y todo inmejorable, las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas y la habitación muy limpia , destacando la terraza tan bonita que tenía, sin duda volveré.

No podría decir nada malo de este sitio.

Me parece caro para lo que es en realidad
Pros:

La ubicación frente al mar es lo mejor y el sitio en sí es bonito y amplio aunque estuviera lleno no se notaba tanto jaleo .

Cons:

Las instalaciones algo antiguas , el bufet de desayuno aunque tuviera todo le falta el toque de ser un cuatro estrellas no se pero tal vez el lugar la iluminación no daba sensación de querer más incluso no nos quedamos en el bufet por eso mismo . Por otro lado la estancia ha sido cara para el alojamiento la verdad que es más bien un tres alto que un cuatro . Por otro lado personal atento y simpático . Repetiré pero no pagando tanto
