A nice getaway from the winter cold.
Pros:

The staff was super attentive. The facilities were good. The free shuttle service was very convenient.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Was expecting a bit bigger with better seating (i.e. lounge chair or couch.

Location was great.

Cons:

The pool area is not that big. The week we stayed there was a lot of kids 10 and above that dominated the pool by throwing football and having chicken fights. Also played games in the hot tub. There should be rules in regards to throwing objects and horse play around the pool area.

Nice hotel, lovely location in Naples, great restaurant in the London Club.
Cons:

There were only coffee making facilities in the room, it would’ve been nice to be able to make tea if desired but this was not possible.

Beautiful and great vibe
Pros:

The hotel, location and ambience where great

Free shuttle worked well

The London vide was great too (a little unexpected) - the jazz night was fun and great dinner.

Cons:

The weather was unusually cold so some points are noted but potentially on warmer days the matters would not arise. None of these points would stop us going again.

Their was no real breakfast option
There was no area for residents that just wanted a drink to be comfortable in (the manager did a great job to help).
The cleaners were ok but not great.
English was not first language of a number of staff, so was on occasion a little challenging
20% was added to all extras (but not aware) until end of day 1 (money did go to servers I was told)
