Fantastic hotel and facilities. We loved it!
Pros:

Amazing hotel with Amazing facilities. Staff were very friendly.
The two bedroom suite was huge and was fully equipped with everything.
The shuttle service is a nice touch and they provide beach chairs/towels etc. Food and drink is reasonably priced too. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Less than 5min walk to 5th Ave too. Free on site parking which was a nice touch.
Already planning our trip for next year.

Just what we needed, a great place to stay near with the vibrant centre a short walk away
Pros:

The location was ideal, the room was clean and spacious, the eating offers were ideal, pool great and live music in the evening

Cons:

Many people came every evening for the dining and music and sometimes we could not get a peaceful place to have a drink at the end of the day, to unwind

Disappointment
Pros:

ok hotel but nothing to praise. The bicycles were really nice feature!

Cons:

They didn't serve breakfast which was disappointing. We didn't like the location since it was outside of the historical town. The lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. With that high price (800/night) you should get a good service.

A nice getaway from the winter cold.
Pros:

The staff was super attentive. The facilities were good. The free shuttle service was very convenient.

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Was expecting a bit bigger with better seating (i.e. lounge chair or couch.

Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The pool area is not that big. The week we stayed there was a lot of kids 10 and above that dominated the pool by throwing football and having chicken fights. Also played games in the hot tub. There should be rules in regards to throwing objects and horse play around the pool area.
