Eu não gostei de absolutamente nada na acomodação.

Entrei no quarto totalmente diferente da foto, tudo sujo, cheiro de mofo, chuveiro não esquentou, tudo velho enferrujado, meu nariz quase caiu de tanto espirrar, na mesma hora que entrei pedi para cancelar, eles não deram a mínima pra mim, entrei em contato com o booking, e estou aguardando alguma medida. Com ctz foi a minha pior experiência !! Não aguentei e saí um dia antes. Horrível

Cons:

Ik vond het vreselijk!! Wij kwamen 2u in de ochtend aan. De omgeving vol HOEREN die aan het hosselen waren. Aangekomen kwam de heer v de balie van buiten. Helemaal nors en niet hulpvaardig.
Het hotel heeft geen lift en mijn zieke moeder moest met de trap naar boven. De kamers zijn klein!!!! De bedden ook en er waren alleen muskieten.

Destaco também a educação e cordialidade de todos os funcionários. Em especial, a menina que realizava a limpeza do apartamento 122 foi excelente muito atenciosa, cuidadosa e profissional. O café da manhã sensacional. Me surpreendeu de forma boa!
