It was a beautiful beach but the restaurant service was terrible. The waiter was rude and slow. He was there our entire stay. We did get lucky at lounge chairs and Leonardo the server was amazing.

Es mi segunda visita y seguramente mi lugar seguro para volver, los espacios son limpios y muy cuidados. Los chicos de la playa muy atentos,.la comida rica. La limpieza excelente. Solo por desgracia la isla está haciéndose más grande, hay construcción cerca que empieza 7am aún en domingo, no tiene nada que ver con el hotel pero si despierta. 10000%recomendado si deseas tranquilidad, playa limpia y hermosa y reconectar.

Pros:

A nuestro ingreso el baño no servía (único en la habitación). Avisamos y nunca nos lo arreglaron tampoco se comunicaron o dieron seguimiento.
La comida y servicio fue muy malo.
Los dos hombres en recepción amables.
Tienen una GRAN playa desaprovechada, poco limpia y sin servicio que permita disfrutar la estancia.

Amazing stay at Puerta Azul
Pros:

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is well located, breakfast is at the beach, it has everything needed - a decent walk to the downtown area but the island is very safe, with friendly locals who are very gracious and helpful. I’ll return to this hotel for sure!
