Pros:

The service was excellent, top notch. Breakfast was very good. one of the best I’ve had. Nikhil was super attentive and went out of his way.

Cons:

Too much construction work all though concealed properly and kept the guests and the workers seperate properly. The property is going under massive renovation. Couldn’t enjoy it in all its beauty.

Your Staff approach was above expectations. they kept attention for Minutiae details. Special thanks to Himank, Nikhil, Sayani, your chef Ram Singh & Prateek, also not forgetting Ritik and Hitesh. Any request was quickly provided. The property is beautiful and one does not require to go out.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there. The pool is relatively big and it wasn’t too warm which was amazing given that it was very hot outside

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the airport/ city.
Sometimes the stuff is a bit too keen to help, which can be overwhelming at time

Cons:

We had checked in on 13th May late night around 130am
At the time of check in we had requested for a late check out as we were tired from a long overseas journey and wanted to take rest . The late check out request was confirmed as 230pm by the check in person at reception.Despite this we were badly presurises from 12noo n to vacate the room urgently. We were not happy about this
