Overall the stay was lovely and value for money.
Pros:

The overall stay was lovely and had a great time with family.

Cons:

The staff seems new especially during high tea, they watch people find space instead of guiding them and chitchatting which seemed not so professional. Opportunity to train staff better.

Attentionate staff. A big thanks to Nikhil for his attention and kindness. Big, comfortable and clean room.

Cons:

The night before we left, we ordered two sandwiches to take with us after check-out as we had 20% off. As they delivered them to us after check-out, we paid 20 euros for two sandwiches and no discount was provided.
