Pros:

They were very accommodating when we had an issue with another hotel. All staff but one night guy was so respectful.

Cons:

The pool was cold, and guy next to us smoking weed in room and slamming door.

Good option in Ithaca
Pros:

This is an older property renovated not long ago. It's located on the busy road but with your room facing the forest you can can get a good night sleep. The rooms and the bathrooms are good size, there is an elevator, coffee and hot water in the lobby, free breakfast, some fruits and water available there or on demand. Close to all the things in Ithaca by car. You can crack a window open to up to 3 inches, better than nothing. Smart TV with easy connections.

Very expensive hotel for plain bare minimum room and should never have had to pay for parking.

It was just about the only place left to get.

Cons:

Room was 889.00 for 2 nights. Bare minimum in room. Bed, one arm chair, one desk chair. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels. Tried to call the front desk and the room phone did not work. Had to ask cleaning staff for more towels. Breakfast was ok. Potatoes were cold and coffee was cold. I prepaid and had to give my credit card at check in for incidentals. Two days after stay I saw they charged me for parking on hotel grounds. Won’t ever stay there again and will not recommend.

Okay,not anything great.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK. Had egg omelets and sausage.

Cons:

Pool was open ,they said in ad it wasn't. good thing we brought bathing suits. Ants in room. Found them in our drinks and food. Check in man was rude. said I didn't have reservations and I had a confirmation. They charge for parking-ridiculous. Also, no room cleaning every day. Need bigger wastebaskets in room then. not 2 little ones. I thought it was expensive. Could not use beaches due to algae.
