Very expensive hotel for plain bare minimum room and should never have had to pay for parking.

It was just about the only place left to get.

Cons:

Room was 889.00 for 2 nights. Bare minimum in room. Bed, one arm chair, one desk chair. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels. Tried to call the front desk and the room phone did not work. Had to ask cleaning staff for more towels. Breakfast was ok. Potatoes were cold and coffee was cold. I prepaid and had to give my credit card at check in for incidentals. Two days after stay I saw they charged me for parking on hotel grounds. Won’t ever stay there again and will not recommend.

Breakfast was OK. Had egg omelets and sausage.

Cons:

Pool was open ,they said in ad it wasn't. good thing we brought bathing suits. Ants in room. Found them in our drinks and food. Check in man was rude. said I didn't have reservations and I had a confirmation. They charge for parking-ridiculous. Also, no room cleaning every day. Need bigger wastebaskets in room then. not 2 little ones. I thought it was expensive. Could not use beaches due to algae.

good value for money
Pros:

Chelsea at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful, and she was also happy to provide us with information and recommendations about local attractions and restaurants. The view from our room was beautiful. The rooms were relatively spacious and very clean.
The hotel is located just a few minutes by car from downtown and the main waterfalls, making it an excellent location. Parking is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

Disappointing for a Hampton - go elsewhere.
Pros:

Location was convenient.
Staff member we spoke to in AM was helpful and agreed to refund us partially due to issues we had had with our stay, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

We booked this property specifically to have access to pool. Pool was unavailable.
Room smelled really bad. When we asked to change rooms, was told this wasn't possible and the whole property was booked. Seemed strange and hard to believe as it was a Monday night, the property is huge, and breakfast was sparsely attended. The staff member checked room our room and said "he didn't notice any smell" and the "best he could do was Febreeze, or open a window." It was really strong.
I'd recommend another nearby hotel instead.

Decent stay
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty good had hot water close to restaurants

Cons:

In the bathroom the shampoo holder is almost broken off wall linen not changed just put back on bed door you really have to pull to close and for what you pay internet should be included and even better was watching YouTube and kept stopping

It was a great stay with everything we needed.
Pros:
