Great Hotel
Pros:

Stayed at the hotel due to a family emergency. The Hotel staff and Management Shannon went above and beyond to assist with kindness and compassion.

La ubicación

Cons:

No limpiaron a diario la habitación, no había jabón en la ducha y debimos pedirlo , olía a cloaca y el extractor de aire hacía ruido y aire acondicionado no se podía graduar
He viajado y siempre me hospedo en esta cadena de hoteles, pero esta vez tuve muy mala experiencia
Adicional cobraban el parqueo y esto no fue indicado cuando hicimos reserva 20$ por cada 6 horas

I will not be staying here again
Pros:

No housekeeping cleaned.. only 1 pack n play for the entire hotel.. did not refill body wash, shampoos, lotions. They were empty entire stay and only excuse they gave was “we are sold out”

Cons:

We had to go and ask for everything as far as towels, trash bags to do our own trash because housekeeping did not clean. We also had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed which should always be in the hotel room already
