The proximity to the event I was there for. It was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations for an IHG property.

Cons:

I don't like having to pay for parking. The room temperature was too warm for my liking. I set the temperature to 70° but the room only reached 75° I was grateful I was only planning a single night stay.

If was okay not impressed.

Comfortable room

Cons:

The room lack cleanliness. The room was passing by the cleaners and they had a mess going with doors open. The blankets in the floor and all stuff everywhere. That gives this place a gross feeling.

Pros:

I loved my stay here! Every staff member I interacted with were so nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had an issue with our fire alarms and the staff member was so quick to help.
