It was ok for the money but room carpets could do with a good clean.
Pros:

Location was handy for me. Budget end price. Easy parking

Cons:

Room smelt a bit. Room furniture a bit dated. Would have liked a fridge

My stay at the Campanile was excellent value for money and met all expectations (other than b/fst)
Pros:

My room (including bed) was excellent value for money (compared to other premises close by), and fully met my expectations.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, particularly the cooked element.

The staff were so friendly, food was incredible especially the masala!

The room fully matched expectations; it was clean, comfortable, well located and very affordable.
Pros:

The staff members we met were friendly and helpful. There was a heatwave, and we were provided with a room fan without having to ask for one.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the traffic noise was muted despite our proximity to a busy road.
It was good to know that breakfast was available on site if needed. There was ample parking and the hotel was located well for access to several nearby towns.

Cons:

There were some maintenance issues like windows not closing properly, a broken hanger. It would have been useful to have an electric socket nearer the bed and another clothes hook in the bathroom.
The plumbing, whilst functional needed refreshing (Hand sink tap was quite stiff)
