great breakfast, staff were excellent, room has seen better days, bed was comfortable, traffic noises from adjacent ring road began to intrude at around 05.30. no usb ports, bring your own adaptors.
Attitude of staff had changed from previous visits
very clean room
Very clean and nice place. Free parking and easy access to A127 . Will use again.
Awful hotel, I wouldn't let me dog stay there
Chamber maid staff were great thats all i can say about my stay
This is not a hotel!!
Its, a motel. Room had rusty bath. Toilet handle loose.
Rundown
Loks limee a homeless halfway house.
Avoid!
This is an extremely low end motel style hotel. Not fit for advertising as three star at all.
The bed and the bathroom was clean, but the room was old dated and seen better days, it was very noisy from the road, and I had to sleep with the window ajar which felt insecure, it was terribly hot when I opened the door to enter and I had to stand on the walkway while the room cooled down, not ideal. And I was charged £200 for two nights. When it shouldn’t be more than £50 a night. Never again
I was really disappointed with the way my daughter in law was spoken to today by the receptionist. She was made to stand around in the reception area even though I had booked a further 2 nights and had a confirmation email with my booking number and she was in a room already . Then when I was trying to pay at reception they said they were cancelling the booking and I couldn't get another room. I have had to lose my deposit which I expected as I knocked the TV off the side with my bags and it cracked the screen, my bad and I apologise and I would of paid whatever I was asked as I am a person who has respect and morals. I await your reply
Quite
Not alerted at check in to the parking rules resulting in a large parking fine . Most upset and will never go back to one of their hotels.
The room was very small for 3 of us to stay the night. The double bed was fine but a single bed was put in the room for my son, but the room was so small we had to climb over the single bed to get to the bathroom. The room was very old fashioned, run down and very poor quality.
Luckily it was only for 1 night, but would never stay again.

Good location, but in some rooms the motorway noise can be a bit too noisy, plenty of shops and cafes in nearby retail park.
Staff and check in was fine but there was a very stale smell in the room despite open window.
The pillow was very uncomfortable due to plastic covers that caused pillowcase to keep sliding off leaving my face stuck to the plastic.
I needed to use the toilet in the early hours of the morning and discovered a soaking wet floor due to a cracked and poorly repaired toilet bowl (literally a huge crack with some kind of large, stained sticking plaster holding it together - a health and safety nightmare) which is probably what was causing the stale odour in the room on arrival.
In the morning I also noticed that all the external paintwork was shoddy and in a very poor state of repair and in need of renovation.
I have photographic evidence of the damaged toilet)
On the positive side, the staff were extremely apologetic about the leaking toilet and the cooked breakfast was generous and of good quality.
Really convenient.
Other residents fighting outside of property in a drunken stupor. Drinking to early hours outside causing noise. Cheap accomodation, clientele to match
Rooms tired and in need of update. Be aware that if you get allocated room near restaurant the outdoor tables and chairs do not get taken in, so be prepared for noisy evening (particularly if you have to have window open).
Great staff and good location for my visit
