If you are working and need a night's rest don't stay here. Jeremy Kyle wil be back on TV soon

The staff we're very kind

Cons:

Where do I start? Drugs every where near my room had to shut my window. People running up and down the balcony all night. Loud shouting. Cars revving. I don't know what this was used for but looked like a hotel for the unemployed. I am trying to study for an exam with all this going on.

One seated area in the bar with TV and the same 2 people with feet up on the table talking loudly you can tell these people have been staying here for months.

Staff here are great, nothing is ever too much trouble and they always make you feel very welcome
Pros:

Staff are exceptional, had to cut short my stay here due to an injury at work. Can't thank them all enough, especially Halley and Tracy for sorting things out at very short notice. They are all a real credit to the hotel

Vieille moquette.
Pas beaucoup de prises électriques. Pas du tout à hauteur de lit pour charger son téléphone.

Pros:

All the staff I encountered friendly and very helpful. The lady on Reception called Nicola was kind ,caring and I would recommend her a gold star 🌟 .from Helen Campbell williams and Hamish poodle 🐩.

Cons:

Bath Room sink is very cracked which I think will harbour germs!! Needs replacing .

The staff are excellent ! I asked for extra things and they helped me straight away. I felt welcomed. A special touch is the door sign about there being a pet in the room, I really like that it's a great idea. the Hotel is pet friendly and I loved that you can take your dog into the restaurant with you ! Water bowl outside reception is so nice. I was really happy to be there with my dog, such a pet friendly place to stay. The grounds were well maintained, no rubbish like at other hotels I've stayed at. I can see the owners / staff / whoever keeps the gardens cares and has pride because the plants and flowers around reception are beautiful. The outside lighting at night is superb, I have a lovely photo.
