Hôtel bien situé. Bon rapport qualité/prix du package. Quelques points à améliorer.
Pros:

Gentillesse des personnels. Confort de la chambre et parfait petit-déjeuner. Spa excellent, avec petite terrasse à l'extérieur. Entrée gratuite au Casino d'Enghien (car oui, l'entrée de ce casino là est payante).

Cons:

Check in : 1H15 d'attente avant d'avoir notre chambre, soit 16H15 au lieu de 15H00. Quelles qu'en soient les raisons, c'est un point regrettable.
Bruit intermittent, bourdonnement, pendant la nuit, en dehors de notre chambre mais très audible.

Une magnifique chambre exécutive de 25 mètres carrés avec balcon vue sur le lac une machine à café professionnelle des peignoirs chaussons et tongs pour le spa.
L'entrée au spa d'une valeur de 62 € par personne offert,une entrée au casino d'une valeur de 18 € par personne offert
2 petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et un service impeccable une valeur de 25 € par personne
Le tout pour 324€ la nuit soit 114€ la nuit (avantages deduits)

“Climatisation fantôme et service client en mode canicule”

Jarrive a 23h, climatisation en panne 28 degres dans la chambre, personne ne prévient je pense donc que dans 1h la température reviendra a la normale mais non. Insoutenable dans la chambre, j’ouvre la fenêtre , bruits de voiture et soleil a 6h du matin lorsque j'en parle a la réception on m'annonce quelle est tombée en panne la veille alors que mon collègue qui est la depuis 2j me confirme que la sienne ne fonctionne pas non plus depuis son arrivée, aucune compensation, a piejne une excuse, le bon accueil a la parisienne comme d'habitude .. je ne reviendrai plus
