Best Western Plus Hotel La Marina

This was a one night stop but wish it had been longer as the staff and accommodation were great. The hotel is right in the marina area and only a short walk into the town. The room was not large but was very clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was good with a decent choice. There is a pool for the warmer days and being slightly out of the main drag is quiet in the evening.

Ac not working first 2 days, needs a bit of maintenance but overall ok

Great property to stay in while in Saint Raphael, located in a quiter part of town and yet in marina close to nice restaurantsand everything. Very friendly and acommodating staff. The rooms are on a smaller side, but other than that everything was very nice. Very clean property too!

Great location walking distance to the the city center. Bus stops no to far to be able to go to city center, train station, beach area, etc.

The property is modern, the room was extremely clean and quiet and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Not much to see nearby unless you are interested in boats of all shapes and sizes but an easy walk into the old town centre

good value, nice helpful staff, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. This hotel has quite a lot of general facilities. Own restaurant which is also very good. Large swimming pool, can get busy at times, but also can be extreamly quiet, one day only 4 couples around pool on a hot mid 30's July afternoon. It is situated at the far end of StRaphael frontage, / the quiet end of town. Takes about 20 to 30mins pleasant walk into the centre or there are regular buses at a nearby stop. There are also a string of restaurants nearby 5/10 mins walk, some fronting on to the canal harbour area.

Det är en pärla som vi återkommer till så fort vi är Frankrike. Lugnt läge, bra restauranger (även på hotellet, missa inte) och bara en liten promenad till finfina stränder. Servicen är på topp, städningen perfekt.

Très agréable de pouvoir télétravailler l'aprem après avoir fait le check out et petits plongeons avant de reprendre la route.

Que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant il y a un très bon accueil sympathique.

It’s a good hotel a good price. The pool area was really lovely with plenty of sunbeds clean and tidy with everything you needed.

Bonjour je voyage beaucoup à l’hôtel dans le cadre professionnel, j’ai été déçu par cet hôtel qui n’est pas un 4 étoiles, l’hôtel est en manque d’investissements ce qui se ressent sur l’état général, la chambre avait une tâche sur la moquette, la fenêtre avait un éclat. J’étais avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants et nous n’avons pas apprécié. Une remise en question de l’hôtel doit avoir lieu car le prix ne correspond pas à la prestation.

We stayed in this hotel at the end of March. When we arrived the receptionist was very helpful and processed our details very efficiently. We had a room with a balcony on the first floor,the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless as indeed was our room.The room was serviced every day to a very high standard with fresh towels etc. However it took three days of asking to replace the shower gel,and finally it was done.I would have thought that having to remove the gel from the handbasin and leaving it on the shower taps was a hint,but obviously not! The swimming pool was was empty,but this was to be expected as it was off season,but again no one informed us when we booked.There were a few tables and chairs around the pool area and that was it.However the staff were very helpful and brought us coffee when we asked. We did not use the hotel restaurant for dinner,there are many restaurants just a short walk away.However on a couple of occasions when we came back to the hotel for a drink and coffee there was no one at the bar so we asked at reception twice, to be told in an offhand manner that the staff were serving in the dining room! The bus routes C and 21 go into Saint Raphael and Frejus,or it is a very pleasant 20 minute walk.From there buses go to either St Tropez and Nice airport. We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel,I would have given them 5 stars but for the points raised above.

Generally good all around - better than expected and a solid 4 stars! Near the Marina, about 25 minutes walk from the center on a nice path. Free parking out of season (see the brochure I was given in the photos), plus things like a pool, gym (large with lots of equipment, some pretty old but hey), restaurant and sparking / filtered water in the hall. Beds were not that comfortable, but overall the rest was lovely, including the staff.
