Pros:

Iba a trabajar en la Universidad de Temple y el hotel está dentro del campus.
La habitación es grande y estaba preparada para una persona de movilidad reducida aunque yo tengo esa necesidad. Las toallas son cambiadas sin problema.

Cons:

Me dieron la llave de una habitación y después de instalarme y salir me di cuenta de que la puerta no se quedaba cerrada. Sin darle la menor importancia me cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña.
El servicio de habitaciones no limpia y sólo hace la cama una vez por semana. Cuando llegué el WC estaba sucio.
Las ventanas no se abren y la habitación no se ventila.

Staying at the Conwell was amazing. No wasted time traveling back and forth to my son at campus.

I love that it is on my sons campus, no driving back and forth so we’re with him longer

WE had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Room was lovely and the location was great!! Staff was amazingly friendly.

The people are very nice the location is perfect but getting a comfortable sleep is not happening.
Pros:

The hotel is nested in the middle of Temple University which makes it ideal for anyone having to visit Temple.

Cons:

The beds are small and the mattress are horrible, too soft that you sink into the middle of bed. They really need to be replaced.

Liked the staff who were warm, but needs renovation.
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of Temple University.
I have family not far from location.
Philadelphia is an old town and it was nice to be there.
Staff were warm. Knew a lot about the area.

Cons:

Fixtures were clean, BUT old.
Bathroom bath drain needs help.
They need to revamp their plumbing.

Beautiful weekend! If my daughter ends up going to Temple, I will always stay at The Conwell Inn!
Pros:

Perfect location. The hotel is located right on the campus! I never had to move my car for the entire weekend.

Cons:

The "street" leading to the hotel was misleading. It's more like an alleyway. I called for assistance and Nasir guided us all the way!
