The sheets on the bed had stains, mold in the AC, shower curtain was gross, and the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke

Outer door lock would not accept key card after one use. Had to walk quite a way to get a new key card 3 times. Always a puddle around the ice machine and trash underneath the outside stairwell.

The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and the pool was green and unusable

The whole place was nasty. Black curly hairs on the sink in our room, floors dirty, mismatched and stained towels. corners Very dirty, windowsill and closet shelves were dusty. But the WORST was the front desk staff. We arrived, he was "busy" putting his new phone cover on his personal phone, amazon bag was on the floor behind him. When he finally looked up at us, he shook the phone at us and explained that he had been waiting FOREVER for the cover. We explained that we were in town for a funeral and would like to get checked in. He then took a phone call. When he finally gave us his attention again, he wanted to have a conversation about how women just don't understand men. If I had not been rushed, I would have had a conversation about how some people don't understand the meaning of SERVICE. This man should be working in an office somewhere away from the public.

Mostly we didn’t like that there was a cocaine scale with residue of cocaine on the shelf next to the bed thankfully and hopefully it was not fentanyl as that could have been fatal after it was discovered by my husbands hand accidentally touching it when he went to put my 11 year old son’s shirt on the shelf next to where they slept.
We didn’t like that the toilet had urine, mold & mildew inside and out, the shower couldn’t be used because it was dirty and very unsanitary, there was old food & drinks left inside the microwave from prior guests. The properly it’s self is old and run down. It should be known this is NOT a family, friendly or kid safe property as the hotel is filled with Meth heads & drug addicts tweaking as your view outside your window.

Nothing...These pictures are very deceiving. When we walked in the lobby, all you smelled was cigarettes. There were people hanging on stairs to our room made me and my daughter uncomfortable. when we got to the room. The beds were not made; they had no covers the pillows were in the middle of both beds where there was a big dip in both beds, the sheets were dingy. I don't know what was on the headboard it looked like blood. The bathroom was disgusting. We literally walked in and walked out. It was very scary. I've stayed at many Best Westerns, and I would have never expected to walk into something like that. We didn't even stay to take pictures. I wish we did...

Dirty , was supposed to be non smoking it smelt like cigarettes. The sheets smelled like smoke. Everything needs to be updated. No elevator had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs

First thing I noticed was A/C filter was completely clogged. Tub drain did not drain and was standing in 2" of water in a matter of minutes. We actually decided to drive home and not stay the night. Didn't feel like getting drunk just so I could sleep. Will not consider this location in the future.

The pool wasn't open yet

Not enough staff. Had to find desk clerk. Old property. Dusty pillows, sneezed all night long. Window on first floor did not lock, no screen either.

No in-room coffee makers or coffee available in lobby
