The stay was decent with some mild hiccups
Pros:

Decorations were really cute . All Halloween themed. The property location was nice

Cons:

No facial towels. No toilet paper holder . Stood at the front desk for 5 mins until someone came . Brought up that I didn’t have a face towel in my room and the lady goes “oh well the cleaner must’ve been in a hurry” still no apology. Then no streaming television . Straight cable

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The top spread was white with yellow stains, the phone didn't work, the room could've been more cleaner, essentially the chair in the room and a lot of things in the room needs to be updated. When checking out I wasn't asked how was my stay or anything.

Great, clean, secure and welcoming hotel. But not many facilities.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with fantastic decor. Breakfast was good. Parking was excellent. The staff were amazing. The room was great! Very clean. Good ideas about what to do at reception.

Cons:

There wasn’t much around for food and drinks at night (but I think that’s because Houston is so vast). And so, the fact that the bar within the Hotel was also closed most nights was inconvenient. When it was open, it closed at 9pm.

The hotel needs a major overhaul. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Cons:

I had to move to another room because the first room didn't have a refrigerator.
The room I was moved to had no lamps, clock, or telephone. The front desk had to take a lamp from another room to supply me with one.
Also, the room I was moved to (room 103) had a shower that was for disability impaired persons. Which caused the water to spill over into the entire bathroom and seep into the main living quarters. The water caused the entire room to smell like musk and mold.

It was only a one night stay but everything was nice!
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quick and fulfilling. Nothing more and nothing less!

Cons:

Did not have anything bad to say about this property.

A equipe é muito atenciosa. O café da manhã é excelente, tem tudo sue precisa para começar o dia. Acima da média dos cafés normais.

Great decor throughout, clean, friendly front desk, warm (not hot) showers and disappointing breakfast for some.
Pros:

The art deco speak easy decor was fantastic. Stayed twice now and will stay again

Cons:

The water in the bathroom wasn’t hot, shower was just above warm. The morning breakfast is from 6:30-9:30, before 8:30 the breakfast was gone with the exception of a few biscuits and flimsy waffles. I was fine because I love biscuits and gravy. But another couple asked the attendant how soon would eggs and bacon be ready. The attendant told the couple she was done nothing else was being prepared whatever is left is what she had. That was disappointing to hear, otherwise I really like staying there.

Great location and super nice staff.
Pros:

I like the whole vibe of the hotel, the rooms are good, the beds are super comfy. It has all I need plus a complimentary breakfast. Best of all the location, close to a target, walking distance from multiple restaurants, close to a grocery store, close to a Filipino restaurant, Asian market. All of it. It's my go-to place in Houston.
