Cons:

Mr Ranjith at front desk needs to be trained on being polite with guests. Maybe he was not his senses due to injury on his thumb. The Vietnamese guy on duty with Ranjith was one of the best reception person I ever met in a hotel. Very friendly and accommodating and quick to resolve issues . Give him a raise

I had an enjoyable time.
Pros:

I enjoyed the breakfast selection and the pool as well as how easy check out was.

Cons:

The pool could have been warmer and a hot tub would have been everything.

Pros:

Rooms were great, kids loved the pool and slide. Location was good

Cons:

Only 1 elevator working and the lobby and hallways felt overly warm, the heat hits you as soon as you walk into the hotel

Nice spot for a night.
Pros:

Nice enough hotel, clean and had a pool with a water slide. Free breakfast was also nice.

Cons:

Road noise was an issue, very close to a busy highway, otherwise was good.
Description of the facilities was wrong on app, no hot tub, no outdoor pool.

Clean , swimming pool was great for kids

Cons:

No food for breakfast. Hotel was busy and the equipment for hot meals couldn’t keep up . If you come at 8 am there was no food other then some apples and yogurt. People line up to wait for some scrambled eggs and sausages , but the equipment couldn’t prepare them fast enough . After I wait 10 min in the line for some eggs I give up and I grab an apple . Even coffee it was challenging to get . Staff they tried hard to prepare the breakfast but equipment couldn’t keep up
Only one elevator and you wait a good amount of time . The other one was broken .

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel.
Very large and comfortable rooms.
Great location to drive to everything you want to visit. Always nice to have coffee available throughout the day.
