we had to cancel the room and find another hotel in less then 15 min after check in
Pros:

There was nothing we liked

Cons:

There where not thing but problems from the time we checked in first was a room change to the second room it was being worked on the AC was broken the rug was being dry out by fan then the third room was not cleaned at all it was one of the experences we have ever had so we had to leave

I like the location and that it was close to things l.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t clean and the Internet was spotty so my son couldn’t watch tv it kept freezing.

Pros:

The breakfast and the server at breakfast was top notch.

Cons:

The smell in the hallway. 1st floor smoke, 2nd floor septic issues or mildew. Not sure which one but the smell was pretty bad our first night, but got better the next few days

If I come back to Hinesville, and I will, I will stay some other hotel even though Im an IHG member.
Pros:

I didnt eat the breakfast. My husband said it was mediocre. Staff was very friendly the food was okay.

Cons:

The staff members at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. But the room was filthy. As soon as you walked into the room, the floor needed a good scrubbing, the bathroom floor was also filthy. I find a dead wasp on the rug by the window and a dead roach by the desk, the rug needed a good vacuuming. The bed was so high I needed to run and jump to get into bed. The location was the only reason we didn.t leave. As nice as the staff was I would never recommend this Holiday location.
