The breakfast and the server at breakfast was top notch.
The smell in the hallway. 1st floor smoke, 2nd floor septic issues or mildew. Not sure which one but the smell was pretty bad our first night, but got better the next few days

I didnt eat the breakfast. My husband said it was mediocre. Staff was very friendly the food was okay.
The staff members at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. But the room was filthy. As soon as you walked into the room, the floor needed a good scrubbing, the bathroom floor was also filthy. I find a dead wasp on the rug by the window and a dead roach by the desk, the rug needed a good vacuuming. The bed was so high I needed to run and jump to get into bed. The location was the only reason we didn.t leave. As nice as the staff was I would never recommend this Holiday location.

I paid $156 a night and It was dirty and I woke up to a roach in my bathroom.
The pool was in operation as compared to the hotel next door. Friendly staff and accommodating of my disability
I booked a handicap accessible room and was given a standard room initially. Once at the room, I walked into a floor molding laying on thr floor as soon as I walked in. The room was dark so I went to open the shade to find it would not wind up. I rolled it up and threw it over the valance. The final straw was the toilet seat was about to fall off. I attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work. I went to talk to the front desk but they were away. I left a bright yellow highlighted note asking someone to tighten the toilet seat. I left for dinner and upon return 3 hours later, the receptionist told me she sent maintenance to fix the toilet. They had not done it so I fixed it myself. Very agitated with the overall experience.
Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable
Staff was the friendliest. At check-in didn't tell me anything about what time breakfast or anything was open or closed. Didn't tell me about anything around hotel or where room was.
The place was very clean, and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. I don't think the place has been updated recently, but the staff have obviously kept it in very good order. It was in good proximity to Ft. Stewart, and close to stores in Hinesville. It's also not terribly far from Savannah.
I didn't love how loud the people were at the World of Beer restaurant next door. But, that isn't anything that the hotel can be responsible for... It was convenient to have this and an Applebee's within walking distance of the hotel, though.
