Wenn man in dieses Hotel nach langen Wartezeiten eingelassen wird, war es OK

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel für meine um 0.30 Uhr eintreffende Frau ausgewählt, weil es damit geworben hatte, eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption zu haben. Das später Eintreffen war zusätzlich angekündigt. Angekommen war alles dunkel, die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Der Rezeptionist schlief im Hinterzimmer. Es gab keine Nachtklingel!!! Da meine Frau taub ist, telefoniert sie auch nicht. In der Gegend liefen nur dunkle Gestalten. Schliesslich konnte sie ein anderes Hotel überzeugen, anzurufen und den Rezeptionisten zu wecken. Um 2 Uhr dann einchecken. Der Rezeptionist war dann auch noch sehr unfreundlich. Wenn man keine 24-Stunden Rezeption hat, sollte man damit nicht werben.

Cons:

I didn’t like that on the day of checkout before the actual checkout time which was 12pm, the staff unlocked my room suddenly when I was sleeping and invaded my privacy. It was very rude way of informing someone that you have to checkout on time. They could have called me on the telephone line in the room or on my phone to send a reminder.

Es ist zentral gelegen.

Cons:

Das Personal, war bis auf vereinzelte Aussahmen, nicht sehr freundlich und schon gar nicht hilfsbereit, aber zum Glück, gibt es ja Google Maps. Frühstücksangebot stimmt nicht mit dem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer hatte auf keinen Fall 25°, es war sehr kalt.

Ideal für Hamburg-Reise
Pros:

Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und der Innenstadt. Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Frühstück top, alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Gerne wieder.

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit sehr netten und kompetenten Personal.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr kompetent und außerordentlich freundlich.
Sowohl das Hotel mit seiner Ausstattung und ganz besonders die Lage waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Auch wenn die Zimmer in der Regel ab dem dritten Tag gereinigt werden, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass zumindest der Mülleimer geleert wird.
