Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zwischen Landungsbrücken und Alster. Jeweils 10 Minuten dorthin.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat die Reservation auf die Kreditkarte mit einem Zuschlag von Euro 50.-- pro Tag abgebucht. Bei Abreise wurde nochmals der korrekte Betrag abgebucht. Jedoch wurde die Reservation auf der Kreditkarte nicht gelöscht, sodass der gesamte Betrag inkl. Euro 50.-- pro Tag bestehen blieb und prov auf der Kreditkarte belastet wurde. Laut Hotel dauert das 7 Tage bis die zweite prov. Reservation wieder freigegeben wird. Dieses Vorgehen ist absolut nicht in Ordnung! Laut Kreditkarteninstitut muss die prov. Reservation nach Bezahlung umgehend gelöscht werden! Das wurde vom Hotel nicht gemacht..

Sehr zentrale Lage, Zentrum und Landungsbrücken waren super erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und bei der Abreise konnten wir das Gepäck kostenlos bis zu unserem Abflug in Verwahrung geben. Auf Nachfrage erhält man für die Dauer des Aufenthalts ein Gratis- Nahverkehrsticket. Dies haben wir leider erst am 3. Tag zufällig gelesen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, obwohl das Hotel an einer verkehrsreichen Straße liegt, hat dies nicht wirklich gestört.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas unpersönlich. Der Check-in ist digital, wichtige Dinge wie das Gratis-Nahverkehrsticket, werden einem nicht extra mitgeteilt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, dennoch ist alles auf Selfmanagment ausgerichtet, was sich manche, besonders aus der Generation 60 +, nicht unbedingt wünschen.
