4 yıldızlı bir otelde odalarda terlik bulunmuyor , ilk girişte bir şişe su veriliyor bir daha isterseniz ücretli, banyo malzemesi şampuan dışında yok, otele giriş yapmak için saat 15 i beklemek zorundasınız, erken giriş için 25 Euro ücret istiyorlar, bir de otelin barı ve lobi salonu yok, ilk gün giriş yaparken bu otel zincirine üye olmama rağmen şehirdeki toplu taşıma araçlarına ücretsiz bilet kartını resepsiyonda o an çalışan kişi vermedi. İkinci gün sakallı , sarışın ve sempatik genç verdi.

Tolle Lage für Touren durch Hamburg und in die Umgebung & Bonus: Direkt gegenüber der Kunsthalle!
Gute Betten, angenehmer Frühstücksraum, Dachterrasse mit Alsterblick. Fenster ließ sich zum Lüften öffnen!

Die Lage war top

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für ein 4 Sterne Hotel sehr sehr dürftig. Das kenne ich anders. Die Badezimmertür war beschädigt, sie wurde wahrscheinlich schon mal aufgebrochen. Es gab jede Menge Kalkflecken auf dem Boden . Es gab keine helle Lichtquelle im Zimmer. Es fehlten Waschlappen . Die Duschtücher waren dünn und ausgefranst. Die Minibar war leer und musste selbst befüllt werden . Es gab keine Bar oder ein Restaurant, anders als beschrieben. Nur einen Frühstücksraum .
