The worst experience.
Pros:

We liked nothing about this hotel. Leaving to a safer hotel was the highlight. Unfortunately, this hotel said we couldn’t get a refund because we booked through booking and booking also would not give us a refund.

Cons:

This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever been to. I booked this hotel based on the positive reviews. Once we arrived we quickly realized the reviews online are made up reviews. This hotel is in the worst area of town, definitely not safe. Once we checked in the clerk told me to park my car in the very front of the hotel, because that’s where the cameras are……. huge red flag. Then she told us all the stores that are in walking distance but to watch out for all the homeless individuals in the area…… huge red flag.
The outside is a little run down looking, the lobby is very deceiving, it’s newer/ modern looking. However, once you get off the elevator the hotel shows its true colors. It’s old and run down. Our room was decent at best. The other thing to take note is that this was a huge trucker stop. I’ve never seen so many truckers/ big rigs at a hotel. Ultimately, we left to find a safer location and so happy that we did. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was ok except for the cleanliness.

The location, value, and breakfast was nice.

Cons:

My room has a wet spot on the floor that my kid put her hand in and it smelled like urine.

Pros:

The property was in a great area that felt safe. Staff was welcoming when I arrived at midnight. Would recommend this place to others. The beds were amazing as well.

Cons:

We left at 4 am and it would of been nice to be able to get breakfast that early.

Did not stay here
Pros:

I liked the hotel they moved us to. The Staybridge was beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like being contacted by this hotel 2 hours before check in telling me they where spraying pesticides and the gas was being turned off. Isn't that something you know ahead of time? Anyway I did appreciate them moving me to a wonderful hotel that was nice and comfortable. So thank you.

Pros:

Great location for our destination. Friendly staff, good breakfast selection ,clean facility. Comfortable!

Cons:

Everything was great beginning to end despite some remodeling going on. Never a moment of inconvenience.
