Sauberes Hoten für nicht so hohe Ansprüche
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und es gab kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas runtergekommen. Möbel waren abgenutzt, Sachen waren geflickt, WLAN ging während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht und auch so hatte es nicht was man von Mercure gewohnt ist.

Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable. Chambre luxueuse, lit confortable. Très belle salle de bain avec des produits de toilette de qualité. Petit déjeuner buffet varié et succulent.

Cons:

Il serait appréciable d'avoir une troisième machine à café pour le petit déjeuner car l'hôtel est vaste et lorsqu' il y a un groupe de vacanciers, l'attente est longue pour obtenir une boisson chaude.
Hôtel un peu éloigné du centre de Gênes mais parking vaste et gratuit.

Séjour exceptionnel !
Pros:

10 ans que je viens dans cet établissement, et à chaque fois ils arrivent à maintenir un niveau de qualité de service et de confort de chambre, qui est la marque d’un certain professionnalisme… je t’ai un très bon Hotel confortable avec un rapport qualité, prix exceptionnel.

Tout était bien sur cet hôtel, y compris le restaurant
