The staff were excellent, breakfast was was very good but the facilities and comfort were disappoint
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, staff were excellent.

Cons:

I did not like sleeping in a sofa bed, especially for that price, and I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for the year, especially as we were still in Summer and it was very hot.

Venice novotel sept 26
Pros:

Previously visited and parking was available but cost 10 e a daily...there used to be a bus from the corner which took us directly to venice ..not so now ...staff did tell us . Comfortable bed and pillow and clean bathroom .we asked for fresh milk for our room and were given it .

Cons:

Hotel charging for.parking .no one told breakfast finished at 10 ..so ended up with a very poor breakfast for 15e each .and f2lt rushed . Travel links have changed so buses didn't run as easily and we wasted alot.of time going and returning from venice to from hotel . The place seemed abit tired . No replacement water put in the fridge .

Cons:

You have to call the receptionist to turn on the A/C and they turn off WiFi at midnight . Horrible customer service!

Très bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Bel hôtel, personnel accueillant, piscine très agréable (sauf la température un peu trop basse) - parking sur place - pas loin des bus pour se rendre à Venise (un petit peu de marche)

Uima-allasalue oli kiva.

Henkilökunta oli harvinaisen tylyä. Ainoastaan yksi respan tyttö ja altaalla työskentelevä tyttö hymyilivät meille koko aikana.
Kun yritimme saada baarista juomaa, niin tarjoilija keskittyi valittamaan, kun hän on yksin ja pitäisi kattaa lounasravintolaa. Samoin teki toisillekin asiakkaille. Teki mieli sanoa, että ei noin toimita! Kun menimme lounaalle, niin emme saaneet mennä haluamaamme ikkunapöytään. Sama mies taas ja kuulemma kauhea ruuhka tulossa. Meidän aikanamme oli viidessä pöydässä asiakkaita ja haluamamme pöytä oli koko ajan tyhjä. Hampurilainen oli muuten aika mauton! Illalla katsoimme, että taas sama mies töissä ja pari muuta. Juomia tilatessa ei hymyn häivää ja juttelivat vain keskenään. Päätimme sitten tilata ruuan muualta ja söimme huoneessa. Emme häirinneet vaatimuksillamme henkilökuntaa ja lähetti toi ruuat hymyillen.
