Pros:

Très bon emplacement, accès parking facile. Nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit donc amplement suffisant.

Cons:

Nous avons eu froid la nuit car même en désactivant la clime, de l’air froid entrait et avec un bébé de 7 mois c’est pas l’idéal d’avoir de l’air te souffler dessus..

Our stay at this Novotel was a very disappointing experience.

From the moment we entered the room, we noticed a strong dusty smell coming from the carpets. The room did not feel clean at all. We found hair in both the shower and the toilet, and the bathroom had a terrible odor that never went away. The room could not be properly ventilated because the windows could not be opened. We were on a high floor, and we were told this was because of mosquitoes, but there were no window screens either.

These issues were serious enough that we decided we could not stay in the room. When I spoke to the reception, they agreed to cancel our reservation without charging us for the remaining stay, which I appreciated.

However, what happened next was completely unacceptable. I was charged €20 for “room cleaning” because we had entered and briefly used the room. Even more disturbing, the hotel manager showed me security camera footage of my wife, my young daughter, and me entering and leaving the bathroom during our stay. Being shown footage of my family to justify a cleaning fee felt like a serious invasion of privacy and made an already unpleasant experience much worse.

Unfortunately, because of the poor cleanliness, the condition of the room, and the way this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this hotel.

I will really appreciate if some one from booking will contact me

Pool area was great - that is why I choose this hotel

Good HOTEL / 2nd time I stayed here / breakfast is too expensive / receptionist wasn't clear about taking a bus to the main island Venice. We got ripped off finically for a 24hr day pass around Venice with water taxi's. I just wanted a bus ride which was 1,50 per person one way. Instead we paid 25,00 euro each for something that wasn't needed. They wouldn't refund me either. I would like a refund. this was absolutely ridiculous

Hygiëne was slecht. Oud hotel, smerige kamer met kapotte meubels. Heeft eigenlijk een complete renovatie nodig.
