A wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel. Great customer service goes a long way
Pros:

This has been a truly wonderful trip. The hotel was welcoming, the staff attentive and the facilities immaculate. We had a comfortable stay here and was within easy access by bus and train to Venice. (Door to door roughly 45 mins). This meant that we could escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Mestre itself offered a laid back night out.
We ate at the hotel which was brilliant and catered for our needs including a 3 year old. The pool was likewise a welcomed addition at the end of a long day walking and exploring Venice.

A huge thank you to Simon the pool attendant who provided such an incredible service, he was so kind to our daughter and went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcomed and happy-thank you Simon

Thank you to all the staff, this was a fantastic stay.

Good stay right outside of Venice
Pros:

Good location just outside of Venice. This hotel is included in the Venice comune, which means that we were able to apply for a city fee exemption to go visit it. Rooms were very big and clean.

Kahvaltı normal, odalardaki kağıt bardak olması, ayrıca sadece giriş günü bir adet su bırakılması, diğer günler suyun ücretli olması böyle marka otele yakışmıyor.
Duş perdesi de kullanışlı değildi.

The pool area and the room.

Cons:

The breakfast area is really narrow and overcrowded. It would be nice to have vending machines fitted with Credit card reader, as many international travellers dont use to change money anymore.

Amazing stay, great breakfast and pool
Pros:

Professional staff, great Pool and surrounding area, room as described, good Continental breakfast.

Cons:

Reaching late in night using Public Transport can be challenging as buses are not that frequent, Pool Timings are 11:00- 19:00 which is the time when Tourists are out, could be made couple of hours early or late so that Tourists can enjoy.

Pros:

Locatia excelentă , pozitionare foarte bună , personalul excelent. Olga a fost foarte amabilă cu toată lumea de la mic dejun , din lobby-bar ; era peste tot Olga.
